Visited the Oxford Cosmo this afternoon & will definitely not return. Food was horrid & absolutely no choice they hardly had anything out!! Would not recommend..

Avoid Cosmo Belfast. Was left standing in the reception like a sardine for 20 minutes even though we were the second couple to enter after the doors opened at 17:00. The arrogant person behind the desk was seating people that arrived 10-20 mins after us. Decided to leave and go the local Nando as you get better service and seated as soon as you walk in. First ever experience of Cosmo and assured definitely the last.

We have been to the Norwich Cosmo on a number of times, and I must say it is very good value for money, there is always a good selection of food, which you can eat as much as you like, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, there are good discounts, there is plenty of time to eat, also a good way of being able to mix and match food. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitly would.

My daughter was charged incorrectly at Cosmo Sheffield 30 December - despite phone calls and emails this still remains unresolved. Terrible service!

I booked a table for 20 people on Saturday 7th December for 8:30pm. When I arrived the place was in complete chaos and we didn’t get seated until nearer 9pm. The whole group ended up being on separate tables and it did t make for a very sociable experience. They tried to make us sit upstairs even though we had two disabled people in our party and no lift and you had to go downstairs to access food.

When I went upstairs to use the bathroom the bar was strewn with dirty glasses while waiters stood chatting. In the doorway of the toilets they had a handyman on a step ladder doing some form of D.I.Y during the height of service. Hardly very conscientious of health and safety implications.

The service was atrocious. So much so that I went to the bar myself to order and pay for a drink as I was so dehydrated. When I booked the table they said it was “with Christmas additions” however when we asked about this they said these were too messy. Clearly false advertising therefore to offer this when I made the booking. There wasn’t a single Christmas decoration in there and another customer agreed it wasn’t at all Christmassy.

My party paid over £400 that night. I contacted Cosmo TWICE through thier website to express my dissatisfaction and to request a partial refund. They have not responded to my correspondence. I won’t being going there again. There was no festive cheer or goodwill at Cosmo. It was complete chaos.

COSMO Nottingham always fantastic, fresh and delicious food with very good service from the staff. We go every month and we've never had a bad meal.

Amazing customer service, great food and drink!

Bit expensive but totally worth it.

I went for my friends birthday and was disappointed by the customer service, staff were not friendly or helpful and when I went to the toilet the bathroom was disgusting with toilet tissue everywhere, wee all over the toilet seat and broken toilet seats.

Would not recommend!!!

Cosmo used to be one of the best buffet places around with the quality of food and choice but unfortunately they have reduced the choice especially with the desserts and decreased the quality of food. In particular recently at Doncaster the beef in black bean sauce was very fatty and the majority of the Chinese dishes tasted like it was processed meat.
The desserts are now shocking. They didn't have any sweets, no cheesecakes and Icecream is now served not as fresh in a polystyrene tub that reminds me of when supermarkets used to sell frozen mouses . Really poor and their Facebook page does not respond to you which suggests they do not care about customer experience

I like it here. Its gota great choice of food. The staff are friendly too

Myself and my friends are violently unwell after eating at Cosmo’s in Reading on Saturday. Doctors have all been visited and all officially reported to environmental health department.

Our ages range from 2 to 45. 3 kids too unwell for school. One very sick baby who won’t eat or drink and two adults off work.

Violent vomiting, fever, headache, diarrhoea Are present in all of us.

Not what we wanted to remind us of our visit to Cosmo’s.

Went to Glasgow recently.
We found the staff excellent and friendly.
Great choice of food and obviously it's eat till you drop so as having a big appetite this was paradise for me.
Toilets are spotless .
It's easy to get to by bus from the City if you don't drive too.

Food was ok but after spending £130 here we left leaving behind my 12 year old brothers birthday card with £20 inside and we realised that we’d left it literally after 5 minutes, I rang them and asked if they had it they said they yeah that they had seen it and would check to see where it was and then came back to the phone and said they couldn’t find it so I said I thought you said you had seen it and then they said no we thought we had seen it but we haven’t we can take your number and will ring you if we see it so I said no it was okay I would come and look myself and then all of sudden they found it. Went back up to get it and the money had mysteriously gone missing out of it after checking cctv they said they can only see the staff member putting the card in the bin, yeah right 😂 hope you enjoy the £20 you’ve stole from a 12 year old on his birthday after receiving £130 of custom from us... DISGUSTING

Cosmo in Bristol is fantastic! Hot fresh food and a great variety and choice, nice restaurant and friendly welcoming staff, highly reccomend!!!

When it first opened in Doncaster it was amazing however after a while standards slipped, food got colder, service got slower, cleanliness lowered which in return so did health and safety as food on the floors make it very slippy. Such a shame because at its best it was the place to eat out but that's no longer the case for us.

Cosmo Aberdeen - food can be ok but the staff are not friendly or helpful. The toilets are unhygienic.

Do not go Cosmo in Glasgow. Food very bland without taste.

Cosmo Aberdeen is the worst restaurant in Aberdeen The standard of hygiene is awful The food is bland lukewarm and the toilets are a disgrace

Love Cosmo in Sheffield. Great staff
