When I bought the Original 4+1 Gas Barbecue, it arrived very promptly. There was a slight issue I needed to raise with Cosmo Support, which was quickly remedied by a team member called Kiran.

Excellent BBQ
I’m really happy with my purchase of the Yamara BBQ from Cosmogrill! The delivery experience was excellent – very quick and reliable, which made the whole process stress-free. The BBQ itself is amazing – the build quality is great, sturdy, and definitely worth the money.
Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were clear. It does require two people, but it was still very easy to put together. Once assembled, it looks fantastic and feels like a premium product.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this BBQ and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable grill at a great price.

3 weeks since my gas bbq was delivered…
3 weeks since my gas bbq was delivered and it still isn't working. Tried buying another regulator just in case. Customer Service is slow and not helping. Just came back to say buy another regulator which give already told them in several videos I've shared. Spent a lot of money, can't use it and have no faith they are going to resolve this. Don't risk it.

Hello everyone, it's been almost a month since I bought a grill from Cosmogrill, which still hasn't arrived. The Cosmogrill team stopped responding to my emails, and so the problem hasn't been solved. I'm left without a grill and without money. Everyone who's been in this situation where can l reached out for help. I don't know where to turn. I'm left without money and without a grill. In the future, all people who would like to buy a grill from Cosmogrill, be careful of this customer. Don't buy grills from them. They're not a trustworthy company. Please help me if anyone has been in my situation before. Thank you.

Excellent after sales service
Excellent after sales service from Kiran. My otherwise super quality charcoal bbq arrived with a small chip to the lid. I reported this via WhatsApp on Saturday morning and got a response the same day from Kiran. He promptly offered a replacement lid or alternatively an accessory by way of compensation. I decided to opt for the latter and this duly arrived the following Tuesday! Couldn’t fault the customer service.

Great buy.
I went to the warehouse and bought directly from them. Great bunch of people and very friendly. The grill was pretty easy to build, which I built on ky own. It would be easier to have another set of hands, but I managed. The build quality is pretty good for the price.

Had an issue with not enough gas getting through .Got prompt reply from Kiran with friendly advice asking for photos to help clarify what steps to take. I followed instructions on the return email and managed to solve the problem.I felt like there was a strong company ethic to help and further steps would be taken had the problem not been resolved at the stage it was.

Good BBQ. Wasn't too hard to put it together. Easier with 2 people. There were 2 dents in a the material, I was pressed for time so did what I could to make it work as I didn't have time to send it back..l

VERY pleased
The pre-purchase enquiries were dealt with professionally and quickly. The grill itself is very easy to use and assemble. And best of all - it works brilliantly. I use BBQ trays, so another 5cm width would have made it the perfect item, but it's easy enough to work around.
