Slow delivery, response and poor condition
Slow Delivery, Response and Poor condition. If you are looking for a cheap BBQ then it’s okay, but just don’t expect it to all be delivered! If you’re looking for quality look elsewhere. One of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had, from multiple delivery failures, missing parts, damaged parts and no response. I have spoke to only one person who seems to be able to help everyone else fobs you off. Unable to get a refund as they make it so difficult as even though you are missing parts, they won’t give you a refund as the whole item needs to be shipped back and inspected but all the parts didn’t arrive! Would not use again.

XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue
We ordered our XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue on-line from CosmoGrill at a price less that quoted elsewhere and it was delivered free of charge next day. The BBQ came with all the component parts listed and numbered and with comprehensive instructions on construction. Unfortunately I misunderstood one step in the instruction sequence, which meant that the total time for unpacking, laying out and numbering all the parts and constucting the BBQ was longer than it should have been, at about 4 hours.
We tried out the BBQ on a family gathering of 13 people with great success. The food was very well cooked with superb flavours and received compliments all round from our family.
Well done Cosmogrill. Highly recommended.
