I purchased this kettle to avoid boiling water interacting with plastic windows common to most designs. This model does that - being made of see-through glass!
Whatever else I say here, I want to stress that this kettle is very much value for money!
First impressions. 1) The base is not very substantial and I put mine on a tray that helps stabilise it, but this base would be better if more stable.
2) There is a metal filter inside the lids pourer spout that for me is not needed I removed mine taking out two screws. I was disappointed that the lid has an area in contact with the steam/water. that is not all covered by the inside tetal top.
3) The opening mechanism, only opens the top 3/4 of the way and I always have to tip it fully open with my hand so that is a slight negative. Not a real problem though.
4) Somehow, the balance of the kettle which is good, and the way the glass spout is shaped, means that you have to tip the kettle beyond the tilt it naturally has when you pick it up, in order to start pouring watater.. This is somewhat of a minor annoyance. And any improvement in design here would be welcome!
Overall this is a really nice kettle and I am already comfortable using it after several days. I like the weight of it and its volume and the packaging is simple clean and attractive.

Been trying to contact them for over a week, my air fryer is only a few months old and the door is broken. Haven’t been able to get an email response, chat, or phone call. Phones just hang up due to high call volume. My air fryer and stovetop are all I have to cook (no other oven) and it has been so inconvenient trying to work without it and getting no response from the company.
Fantastic customer service! Fast and helpful. Our airfryer, that we are otherwise very satisfied with, broken and the team helped us out in no time. Will definitely choose Cosori if we need new kitchen appliances in the future!

Ordered air fryer from website on 09/01/24. Received an email the next day to say that a refund had been processed as the model was not in stock.
Despite numerous further emails I have not received my refund, and have had no response from “customer service “

Before I start I want to day I am a big fan of Cosori, I have the dual blaze air fryer and love it. However, I bought the Cosori Pressure a few weeks ago, fitrst use, great. Now, I can't use it because the time doesn't register in the window and I have no idea when food is cooked. I did send message to Cosori but disappointingly, have not received a reply. I've heard such good things about the pressure cooker, I watch Butler's Empire and they use theirs all the time but mine is not useable. I'm gutted and it has put me off buying any more Cosori products.

We bought a cosori kettle in August 2022 it developed a fault in November 2023 we contacted cosori and they couldn't have been more helpful thry replaced the faulty kettle and delivered it straight to our address it's refreshing to see such service thank you cosori.

Don't buy anything made by this company. Their products work ok but if you need spares you'll be out of luck. Cosori dont sell spares nor do they answer requests for support so if something breaks you'll be at the mercy of price gouging third parties on Ebay. For example the rubber bumpers on the crisper plate of our Dual Blaze air fryer are snapping off and the price for new ones off ebay is £28! Very expensive for what is effectively a consumable item.
After owning a Cosori toaster over/air fryer for less than a year, the temperature control dial stopped working. I contacted customer support and they opened a ticket, promising to resolve the problem. I have been waiting months and nothing has happened. There is, as of October 2023, no telephone support. The web site chat function says "no agents available".

Have 2 cosori air fryers. In February I received a notice of a recall on my units. I cut the cords and sent pictures as required to get replacement units. All accepted and even got tracking numbers. Fast forward to July 6th still no replacement units? The tracking numbers never worked and multiple phone calls. It’s been escalated every time I call and I’m told to “keep watching my inbox for a email with a proper tracking number. I have since got a ninja air fryer and will never purchase another cosori product again. Terrible customer service

My air fryer was recalled. I was told a replacement would be here in 2-3 weeks, then 4-6 weeks then 6-8 weeks. I'm now working on week 12 and I'm told it will be another 3-4 weeks. What is really annoying is that Amazon is selling the upgraded stable version while I sit for months waiting for my replacement. Very poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COSORI FOR ANY PRODUCT!!!

Sent all paperwork and pictures for recall 02/27/23. Received the replacement unit 05/09/23. If that doesn't show poor customer service, I am not sure what does.
Can not recommend this brand to anyone as they don't understand what customers want.

We needed a replacement part for our 6.4l dual blaze air fryer. It was in warranty so we made a claim and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by customer services. We had our part just a couple of days after the claim was processed. Thanks Cosori! Fabulous customer service

I owned one of the recalled air fryers. I liked it very much. I did file for a recall and within a few weeks received my replacement. However, the model I received was a less expensive product with dials instead of digital. I did not like it nor did I want it. I emailed Corosi customer service and didn’t hear from them for a couple weeks. I was about to just donate the air fryer and just forget it. Then I got an email from them with tracking number for another replacement. I was thrilled. Received the correct model and was pleased with their service. They sent a prepaid label to return the first unit which I did. Knowing the number of recalls they had to make right, I think the company did a great job at least for me.

I submitted my recalled item March 6th. Their site says the review of the recall request would be complete within 5 days. Over a month later, the status of my recall request is still “under review.” Phone agents say that they are notating my account to get it reviewed as soon as possible but nothing has happened. Very disappointing. Since this was our families main cooking appliance, it was very helpful since my mom has a disability.

Do not trust this company. They left us with a fire hazard in our kitchen for 18 months before doing a recall. Now we applied for the recall 3 weeks ago and nothing has been done to send it to us. Absolute scam!
