Loved the air fryer until the recall. Too many people are getting screwed with old models being sent out . I've submitted 3 different sets of pictures. Will not accept an old model . Should send people money back if that's the case

Was sent an email telling me my Cosori air fryer was in a recall and to unplug and cut the wire immediately. After submitting a request for replacement, I was told the model was wrong, and that I shouldn’t have cut it.
After hours of waiting on customer service lines, I got through to a support specialist who told me to send an email directly to Cosori with my situation and they’d help me out.
Once I sent the email, I received an automated reply. Nobody read it. After calling back and asking for Paul, the support specialist, they had me on hold for an hour before I gave up.
DO NOT BUY FROM COSORI. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISRESPECTFUL, AND MANAGEMENT IS IRRESPONSIBLE.

If I can give zero stars I would. Like the other customers are saying the recall seems like a scam. They make you cut your cord just to get a product you bought from their company, just to give you a HARD time to get your product back. I use to be a cosori customer, I will no longer. This situation turned me off, along with the RUDE customer service I have received. Their acting like I am BEGGING for a FREE product.
Twice sending me an email that my model number is wrong. Now, I got two emails about the cord is not visible and it clearly is. I AM FED UP! I will no longer recommend your products to others nor will I purchase from Cosori. I am just sad that $100+ went down the drain.

Their Air Fryer recall is questionable, I went to the site Canadian and sent in all the info that they required, I was emailed back saying they needed another picture of the underside of my air fryer so I sent everything back in with clearer pictures only to get another email saying that they couldn't see that I had cut the cord on the back. I lost it, it is clear in the picture that that cord was cut.
I am not sending anymore pictures or even gonna try to get my now dead Air Fryer replaced this seems like they are maybe trying to save some money by jerking around some people from getting the replacement. I will get a new Air Fryer but won't ever be a Cosori and it will probably take me till Christmas time to save up for a new one.
I am in Canada.

I bought a Cosori Air Fryer in Spain.
My wife is Chinese, so I asked the Cosori customer support for a user manual and recipe book in Chinese.
Within 24 hrs. they sent me the user manual and the recipe book in PDF form. Great service !!
Until now also 100% happy with the air fryer.

The recall campaign is a disgrace.
Calling the recall hotline is useless. They do not respond.
The recall website is also useless.
The product description requires a batch number that the website does not recognize.
All together a big disappointment.

I can't get through to customer service dept by phone. I've emailed as well, with not response. My air-fryer basket is damaged and I would like a replacement. But can't seem to get a hold of anyone in customer service.

Bought the «Airfryer Accessiories pack 6» from Cosori.no as a christmas present for someone who has a cosori air fryer.
The package arrived and was wrapped up.
Then when they opened it the noticed the product looked a bit off. (I didn't think of it because I don't own or know about cosori). Coincidentally they also had gotten the same Accessories pack 6 from someone else who bought it from Kitchn, and when comparing the two it was night and day.
The one they got that was bought from Kitchn was Cosori branded, and looked original, and the one I got from Cosori.no now clearly looked like a knock off. (I know now I can get the same from aliexpress etc for a fraction of the price).
They have the same SKU (Cosori.no and Kitchn) number. Ive contacted customer support, but awaiting response.
So far this is a scam, sending cheap knock offs instead of the original product.

Kort oppsummert på norsk:
Kjøpte Cosori tilbehørspakke 6 fra cosori.no.

UPDATE:
Heard back from Cosori, and they told me they ran out of stock of the official set, and therefore they startet selling this other version made from the same people making the official one.
And also changed name from Cosori Accesory to Air fryer accessory pack, and reduced the price a bit.
Still, I find it a strange that the SKU number were the same as the official one.
And that they replace the official one with a much cheaper product, that you can get for 1/3 of what they charge for it.
Anyways I were offered to return the product and get our money back, which I did, so that's good on them.
Customer service was nice and helpful all the way!
