Many problems unresolved after 3weeks, still missing pièces in the boxes received.
After 3phones calls to résolve the problems and after a second shipping for missing parts, still missing part.

Regarding the missing part: After receiving your message, we first needed to ask you to confirm some details regarding the missing part. We are currently following up with the factory on this matter and are waiting for their reply. Could you please allow another 2–3 days for us to get back to you? It took 3’weeks to received my order and when you delivered it was a wrong order ! Customer service is not helpful.

Slow to respond/nightmare address error

Slow to respond - 1 to 1.5 days. Vague and non-committal responses. I made an error on address which I remedied immediately and it was a nightmare from there out. I had to pick up 2 of my three huge boxes from a neighbour a block away. I had to pay additionally for their mistake. Outdoor couch is pretty but only ok quality wise.

Regarding the slow response: We have recently received a high volume of customer inquiries, and we need reply in the order they come in. This has led to slightly longer response times than usual. Please know that our team was working overtime to respond as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.
Regarding the address issue: After an order is placed, we send two confirmation emails that clearly show the shipping address. The order was placed on the 4th, but we were not contacted about the address error until the 13th. By that time, the packages were already in transit. To request an address change with UPS, the carrier charges a fee, which is why we provided you with a payment link for that service.
As soon as you informed us of the address issue, we contacted UPS immediately. Unfortunately, they were only able to complete part of the address change request. We deeply regret that you had to personally retrieve the packages from the neighbor's address a block away. For the packages where the address change request was not completed, we have already refunded the associated fee to you.
We regret that this process turned into a nightmare for you. Despite the quality of the outdoor couch being acceptable, we understand your frustration. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will use your feedback to improve our service.

There was missing parts in my order. I'm still waiting for these parts.

The customer service is good and the…

The customer service is good and the product is fine. But the minute I ordered it, it started popping up in my feeds with much lower pricing for the same product from your company. So I feel slightly ripped off. You also said the item was available at the Canadian warehouse and it wasn't. It was shipped from the US with no tracking available until it hit the Canadian border. May 11th to the 22nd I think was the time frame of the tracking blackout. I don't believe you're a Canadian company at all.

Regarding the pricing concern: the specific color you purchased, Mix Grey‑grey, has not had a price reduction. In fact, this item is currently out of stock. If you have seen the same product from us at a much lower price elsewhere, could you please email us at cs.ca@costway.com with a screenshot or any other information that can help us look into this? We would like to better understand the situation.
As for the shipping and warehouse location: our website serves both Canada and the U.S., and we have warehouses in both countries. However, we do not display which warehouse an order will be shipped from, as this is determined in real time based on inventory availability. At the time of your order, the Mix Grey‑grey color was only available in our U.S. warehouse, so it was shipped from there. Regarding tracking updates: UPS does not provide tracking information until the package enters the Canada and is scanned into the UPS Canada system. That is why there was a period from May 11th to May 20th with no tracking updates. We regret for any confusion this may have caused.
We want to assure you that we are a legitimate company operating in both Canada and the U.S., and we are committed to serving our Canadian customers. Thank you again for your feedback, and please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

Smaller than expected but nice set

3 Boxes delivered on three different days , assembly took about three hours, not difficult but a few screws or stripped. Table is smaller than expected-quite narrow. Could’ve been a little wider. Chairs could benefit by a back cushion as well as they only go up mid back but all in all it is a nice looking set.
