I received today a pair of winter red Nubuck ankle boots. I have difficult feet as had major operation on my right foot two years ago. I put them on they are so comfortable I bought a half size larger as lined.
I am delighted with them and am about to go for a short walk before temperature drops again . Would recommend them to anybody
I ordered 2 pairs of Ugg slippers on November 6th. I have received 0 response. I need them for Christmas…I have emailed them multiple times, I emailed shop about this order and I never heard back from either. If you go onto their site it just says they sold out of their last drop. I believe this is a scam…I knew it was too good to be true.

I ordered a pair of shoes yesterday just before lunch time and received a message in the afternoon to say they had been despatched. They were delivered this morning before 9.30. Best service I have ever received.
Easy to.order and quick delivery by Royal Mail.

They did what I asked them to do and order came very quickly. Box was as new and contents in perfect condition. I am thinking of buying some socks with 10% discount.
I am frustrated because I placed an order for a size 7 uk as I needed a us size 9. But instead I received a size 5 uk which is a us 7. I explained in several emails that either I was on the uk website or a mistake had been made on their end. The confirmation emails did not mention the size ordered or I would have picked up on the error. Now I paid $20
For shipping only to have to return and customer service says they cannot refund the shipping cost. I just feel as a returning customer who had bought pairs for my mom in the past that this could have been handled more amenably. In my emails I also asked about the sizing more than once but never received a response… I will now need to order two sizes because the shoes seem to run large. The uk 7 actually went on my mom’s foot but would probably be too uncomfortable for her. I am upset about being charged shipping on the original pair I am not sure how the error occurred but some kind of compensation from customer service would have been appreciated as a one-time courtesy. I asked to correspond with a supervisor but was advised this is their policy. No refunds on shipping no matter what!
I am pleased I brought sandles and boots and shoes. the boots were a bit tight. to begun with. I don't think they are ture to size.
