My experience with Cosy Roof,was one of efficiency from the time I made my first call, right through until the job was completed by the two efficient men from Belfast to complete the installation

They were honest, they explained everything in detail allowing you to make an informed decision. From a price point, hard to beat.

I initially requested a quotation and was impressed by how promptly the company scheduled an engineer’s visit. Unfortunately, despite taking an hour off work (at my own expense) to accommodate the appointment, the engineer failed to arrive at the agreed time. Later, I received a call from a representative informing me that the engineer had shown up one hour later and was surprised I wasn’t there. I had already returned to work.

At no point did the engineer or the company notify me of any delay.

This experience highlights a serious lack of communication and coordination. I expected a more professional service and am disappointed by the poor standard provided.

Very easy to deal with this company to organise the attic to be insulated. Friendly staff. Only negative was the guys doing the actual insulating left all the rubbish up in the attic when they were finished, all the plastic packaging, otherwise I would have given a 5 star review.

They did what they said they would do on time and in a very professional, friendly manner. I would highly recommend Cosy insulation and will be going back to them for my solar panels soon.

Company were a pleasure to deal with from 1st call to the office to installation. Work carried out quickly & cleanly. First time heating turned on after installation installed we had to turn the thermostat down. Delighted as I struggled to heat up my sitting room in particular but no longer. Also happy with the cost.

Lads where really nice, no airs and graces just got the job done. Very professional and clean and tidy.

Once I made the enquiry, with in 48 hours l received a phone call from your sales team member Gareth, he got me a rough idea of the cost, l was happy with this so we arranged for him to visit and do all testing and measurements, he then worked out a total price. We set a date for work to be done.
On the day of the work, 2 men arrived on agreed time had a talk with us and they got to work.
They were very quiet and very tidy at there work and showed lots of respect to us and are home.
When they had finished they asked me to have a look at there work and if I was happy, l couldn't believe how tidy they had been, l asked then if they had time for a cup of coffee, but they had another job to go to.
