Very helpfull from first meeting with sales team .Installers arrived on time clean and carefull very polite and plesent would recomend
Overall very happy with the purchase - the install crew were top notch - flexible - explained everything - hard working - clean - knowledgeable, i have noticed a noticeable improvement in the heat retention on second and third floors, a major improvement for me has been the elimination of various breezes throughout the house. I would recommend the sales - install with Cozy.
[The crew came from Dublin, were to be here at 8,30 and arrived on the button]
Installation was in Co Monaghan
A bathroom light globe was broken while a man was working in my attic. Also a bit of a mess was left behind that I cleaned up. Otherwise everything was good.
Very professional and efficient.
Timely execution of the insulation in our flat roof kitchen.
Up to date with building control and guidance throughout to achieve this.
The installation team were very professional, clean and efficient.
Very satisfied with the work carried out. From initial consultation to work completed was smooth and professional. Would highly recommend this company. Many Thanks to Cosy insulation.
I have been knocked back by 3 banks for remortgaging due to having this insulation done in my attic? Cosy insulation were no help to me whatsoever when I contacted them just said the information pack that they sent me when it was done is everything I need to send off to the bank. Bank came back and wanted a 10 year insured backed warranty which cosy insulation couldn’t provide for me they said they don’t do this? So basically I paid all this money to get this done to my house and it’s been a waste of time as now il never be able to sell my house unless I get this all removed from the attic which costs a hell of a lot more than it did to get it put in! This company need to do something about this or advertise better that if your a home owner this is the down fall of getting it done. Absolute disgrace and Iv heard and read I’m not the only one in this situation!!!

I was very happy with the job and the speed of completion. The foam in the attic makes the whole house feel warmer.
Edited after crazy BER Assessment - It appears our efforts at energy efficiency have been a waste of time and money : Hi,
I've emailed yourself and another Cozy email address so far with no reply whatsoever.
I'm not too pleased at all with the BER assessor you sent round post attic insulation.
We have made considerable changes and upgrades and his rating is a complete disaster to say the least.
While he was here he was also exceedingly rude to my wife.
We said nothing at the time as we were "at his mercy" so to speak.
We're not "Snowflakes" either so you can take my word for it and the assessors rudeness without me typing lines of details.
Anyway after spending roughly €18,000 including €2000 with yourselves we've been assessed as moving from a D2 to a D1.
Unbelievable really, quite staggering in fact and as you or any other reasonable person would rightly concur, neither my wife nor myself are too pleased with this service at all.
I have no idea what was being assessed as the assessor could only be described as harsh at the least, and that would be being kind to him.
I have been in touch with him ABSOLUTLY CONVINCED he must have made a mistake or pressed a wrong button but he says otherwise.
A sorry situation indeed and a terrible waste of our time, money and effort. Scarce resources WASTED on this project.
I've upgraded a previous home from an F to a C2 so I believe I know what I'm talking about and have enough experience to make a qualified assumption that the assessor is totally incorrect.
If you could shed any light on this state of affairs that might be helpful it would be greatly appreciated?
Regards,
P.S. In response to your reply it was YOUR COMPANY which provided the Assessor and assessment, whether through a third party or not. I should imagine it would be in your interests to ensure correct assessment is done following the job by the third party provided as part of your services. I can categorically state, this was NOT DONE in this instance and an INCORRECT assessment has been carried out followed by the issuance of an INCORRECT BER CERTIFICATE. Whether this has been done with or without an SEAI certificate of competency is in this instance irrelevant. Thank you.

I have had my attic insulation upgraded over the summer by Cosyinsalation, which is already showing a difference. The temperature at the control centre has still not dropped to 20 °C in the evening after a cool enough day yesterday.
Just had new panels fitted and have already noticed that the conservatory was cooler during the last couple of days. Thanks to the fitters Matthew and Daniel who arrived early and completed the job quickly - tidying up as they went along. Would have loved to give 5 stars but unfortunately the sound of rain on the roof is much louder than I expected or was led to believe it would be.

Rapid appointment time suited to my schedule, attic insulated in approx 3 hours, polite staff, certificate of product guarantee
Two guys arrived on time told me how long the job would take very friendly layed coverings on the floor to protect it done job in time stated and cleaned up absolutely no mess or disruption to household highly recommend.
Good communication from Miriam, particularly when I had a query on appointment date. Rod called to survey our attic but due to the nature of attic very quickly advised that we would need excess volumes of foam, resulting in an expensive quote. He also advised that this would not be suitable for our vaulted ceilings. White not being able to avail of the product, I appreciated Rod’s honesty and professional advice.
Highly recommend, the lads were in and out in about 2 hours, very clean, and lovely lads.
