I ordered the three large cotton ball ceiling pendant. It came flat and i had to blow up balloons inside the balls then make the ball damp and leave for a while so that any creases would disappear. Unfortunately the creases never did disappear, it looks horrendous with dents and i couldn't use the light. Its a shame because they look so great on the website but i completely wasted my money.

Placed an order for my own selection of cotton balls judt before Christmas - I assumed that they wouldn't arrive until after but they arrived within a couple of days from Netherlands to UK. Quality and look is great

I bought two items from Cotton Ball Lights and love them both. One was slightly faulty so I contacted customer services - sent them images as requested, and they immediately sent another. Very happy with my purchase.

I was so pleased with this order and the way in which my problem was sorted out. I have been very impressed with the company.

I would not recommend this product. They came in separate pieces. Each cotton ball had to be pressed open widely using pens and pencil ends, this damaged at least half of them and as the hole needed to be widened enough to fit the light through it then fell back off so all then had to be individually glued. It was a project that took a few hours and although they are pretty they don’t naturally hang because I needed to glue them. I wouldn’t recommend doing the mix and match and wouldn’t buy this product again. It also came with no instructions I hand to go on YouTube and watch another company’s video to figure it out... very disappointed for what looked like such an excellent company.

Fantastic service. Ordered on Monday night, received them in the UK on Thursday morning. Not only was there a discount on the lights, the postage was free. Definitely recommended and I would buy again from this company! Many thanks.
