The service is great, glue ring not nice
The service is great. My change of colors was accepted. What I do not like is the following. The balls are folded. After blowing the balls up, there are still remaining glue rings around the inflated balls. That I not beautiful. On light colirs it is not very visible. The dark green one has a big glue line around.

Worth the price
Great quality product that looks fantastic. Expensive but i hope this reflects its fair trade ethics so am happy to support this over the cheap labour that is used for many similar products that come at a lower price point.

Arrived as planned, but with one light broken.
The order arrived as planned (yeah), but one of the lights near the end of the string didn't work when I turned it on the first time (bummer). luckely it comes with two spare lights. But know I'm immediately down to 1 :(.
Also something must have gone wrong during the ordering process, because I put a string of 50 lights in my basket + 30 balls. Why only 30 you ask? Because I already had 20 balls leftover from a previous string that gave his last breath a few weeks ago. What I got was indeed a string of 50 lights, but also 50 balls. I checked, and yes, I had payed for the extra. Shame on me not to doublecheck I guess.
So now I have 50 lights hanging on my ceiling (I love them by the way), 1 spare light in my cupboard and 20 extra balls most of the time on the floor because my cat likes breaking into my cupboard.

Disappointed
Order has been made on 13th of Dec for two cotton ball lights, but they still haven't been shipped. After contacting the shop on 19th of Dec, I got promised that my order will be shipped the next day. However, nothing has happened and the shop is closed the whole weekend. That's really frustrating since this was supposed to be a Christmas present and will not be delivered on time. Shaping of the balls takes 2-3 working days according to their webpage. 5 working days are over now!
