I'm extremely disappointed with my…

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this shop. I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered weeks ago, but it never arrived. I contacted the shop via email to ask for clarification, but I never received a response.
Not only was the product not shipped, but the shop seems to have no interest in resolving the issue or communicating with customers. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.do not buy from this shop if you don't want to risk losing your money and time.
