Good delivery service spot on
I had ordered a pair of jog pants thought I would try them as the leg width was what I was looking for maybe it could be 2 inches more so it hangs over the shoes nicely
Anyway I was pleased with the quality and well made the size is good as well
Just ordered another 5 pairs so with the first order I done to try them I now have 2 of each colour
To be honest I haven’t got around opening my order yet I’m sure I’m going to be pleased
I would definitely shop with cotton traders again can’t find any faults as yet

Would have given 5☆ Just find the delivery to store service slow. Not the fault of the store staff.
I bought an excellent pair of front patch pocket, Jeans, also a navy cardigan, good fit. The jeans are not too thick and heavy, just right for spring/summer.

Two very nice sweaters that are just what I was looking for.
The quality is good and the colours are just what I expected. The staff at the store were very helpful.
The only criticism I have is that I did not receive an email telling me that they had arrived at the store. The customer service department was reluctant to help but finally conceded.

Not impressed by product quality
Ordered pleated trousers to be collected from Bordon store. Was charged for delivery to your store.
I mistakenly didn't try them on at the store. I tried them on at home and they are AWFUL. Poor material and shapeless.
I organised to return them via Royal Mail, with a returns label - for which you charge me. To date - a week later - I have heard nothing.
None of this is the fault of the Bordon store, but your catalogue image of these trousers is misleading.

The delivery was on time as promised
The delivery was on time as promised, but I found the items rather bigger than I thought so I decided to take them back to a local outlet at Country Market just outside Farnham, Surrey. The Shop Assistant there was MOST helpful and took the items back and I got one of the jumpers in a smaller size which fits me perfectly. I was very impressed with the lady's kindness. She took so much time and trouble.

I ordered these boots on line and arranged to pick them up at my local store. I was asked if I wanted to try them on before I took them and given a bench to sit on with a shoe horn, Very police and friendly assistant.

Good Quality affordable clothing
Always have a great selection of casual clothing which we find to be of great quality, (always washes and irons well).
Also it is very reasonably priced and therefore affordable.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful and provide great service.
