Very easy to order online from Cotton Traders. The items arrived quite quickly and the quality was excellent. Have many items from them and the clothes wash perfectly and do not go out of shape. Will order again and look forward to receiving new catalogues and also money off or free items when placing an order.

Speed of the Click and Collect delivery to my nearest store was good and the service of the staff in the shop was exemplary.
I bought two long sleeved base layers and although they are fine I do think the quality and thickness of the cotton is not what it used to be. It is a shame if Cotton Traders are reducing their standards.

I find Cotton Traders merchandise to be good quality, I enjoy wearing it and it washes well.
On this occasion I chose click and collect from the outlet at The Valley - shopping park near Evesham. Whilst there, I enjoyed looking at the stock in the shop and purchased a pretty dress before collecting my parcel.
The only issue on the day was that the internet was down for a while (this has happened before - i suspect due to the location rather than the actual store)) so staff couldn’t straightaway process a refund on an item from my parcel (the item sent was not as per the description in the online catalogue and I didn’t like it). However, by the time I got home it had been actioned. It’s good that I didn’t have to wait for the item to be returned to a depot before the refund being processed.

Easy to shop online and collect from my local store. I can either try on there or take it home to try. If I do need to return anything, which doesn't seem to be very often, I just return it to the store with the paperwork and bag that it came in and they will deal with it for me. The staff at my local store are very friendly and helpful.

Great quality clothing. Evesham vale Country Park is the store I visited to get a refund and purchase something else. Sam the staff member who assisted me was very approachable and helpful. I left the store feeling a valued customer. The only downside was I couldn't get an item online or in store as it was unavailable.

Darren at Cotton Traders, Evesham Country Park, went over and above to help my mum locate an item she’d been searching for. He phoned other stores and arranged for delivery to her home. Excellent service - thank you!

Cotton Traders products are as described, good quality and very serviceable. The staff at the Evesham store are always very hepful and it is so useful to be able to go there and browse other products at the same time.

I ordered online and it arrived as promised. Unfortunately, my wife had already got the boots I ordered/ I took them back to my local branch (in Evesham) and they took the boots back for me. The customer service I received by phone, and in person, was helpful and polite. And efficient.

It was my first time to order from their online store which turned out to be an amazing experience from start to finish.
The quality of the clothing that I ordered was exceptional with a decent price too.

Cotton traders is a very easy to use website and for those that prefer paper they do send out leaflets/catalogue,on orders your kept up to date with the delivery of your item (s),and if you need to return any items there is a prepaid slip in the bag,overall it is a great service

This was a combined purchase a coffee coloured v neck sweater and a pink printed shirt. Cotton sweaters seem to be of less interest to moths and are certainly warm enough and the v neck allows for a healthy exposure of the attractive shirt

Online ordering is easy and delivery is prompt. Goods are packaged well and clothing is of good quality and good value. On occasion I have needed to return items. The process is easy, both by post or through a local Cotton Traders shop. Staff in the shop are particularly helpful.
