We had great service at the Trentham (Stoke on Trent) store. They ordered in a suit for us and then, after trying on, they arranged for a change in size and colour.
They dealt with all the paperwork in a professional manner with the initial payment being refunded as promised.
....and the suit is good quality at a great price.
The store did an excellent job for us.

Ordering and receiving items very efficient. Items delivered of high quality. However they were too big and too long. I have yet to receive my credit but it is too soon to have been processed.

Sadly quality seems to have gone down.
I have purchased my clothes from Cotton Traders for many years but the quality and fit has very much gone downhill these last few years. Trousers and skirts have no hanging loops, the sizes are not consistent and do not seem to be made with the correct reductions ie, small sleeve length on a size 18 as a size 22, shoulders and neckline too wide for the size, and fabric quality not as good as it used to be, more viscose and less cotton.

Very helpful assistant in the store on collection- found my order which was under a previous address. Item fine, good price on the offer and seems good quality but wearing and washing will reveal all ! Usually find CT very good quality.

A comfortable jacket that fits true to size. The colour described as Pink Heather is not entirely accurate as it is more akin to a light plum colour, nevertheless it is a very colour especially for male customers. Waterproof qualities have not yet been put to the test. Looks very nice on.
