What a waste of time and money !!! Beware, do not use this company, will not respond. Thought we where using a Canadian company, nope ! Do not trust the ease design on there website. This company should be ashamed of doing business this way. -0 stars !!!

Poor quality sew in labels, and blamed on design. Emailed in advance the design all I got was links to their website FAQ’s. When I complained Ron entirely avoided the issue. Wish I had checked here before ordering a complete scam.

It is definitely a scam- they say they cant give you a tracking number- and if its lost its Australia post fault.

I have fallen for yet another scam. I have spent good pension money to buy a product, only to get the run around from scammers again. I hope legitimate businessme and women can get a method to stop this, as it will be hurting your businesses as well, because too many scammers make buyers reluctant to use online shopping.

As an update: I have just received the labels. However they are not woven as I had ordered. They are merely printed. I have a stamp that does the same thing. I specifically wanted woven labels, so still not a success.

I ordered sew in tab labels on the 4th Dec for £21 I still have not received them! I have emailed” Ron” about 10/11 times and he says that my address is wrong and my postcode doesn’t exist!! Hmmm funny that I have not had any delivery problems in 19 years!
I thought I was dealing with a UK firm.. but when I decided to phone the contact number on the website, I got through to a Dutch answer machine!
Ron has been rude and sarcastic and eventually I decided to report to PayPal! I am hopefully getting a refund. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!

They want to charge me over $30 for me to return the two pairs of shoes I ordered. They sent me 2 different sizes (I ordered the same size)and both were too large. I am having to go through my credit card company to get the charge reversed.

Don’t touch this company - paid £30 for printed labels which arrived today and they are only fit for the bin. This company make it appear they are UK based but only have a bot contact

I ordered a pair of boots before the holidays and never received them. They were ordered 12/21/22

Fast delivery to New Zealand only 2 weeks from order.
I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible company, made me wait 40 days to receive my labels which i then find out is unreadable.

I ordered labels from this company, shipping was fast but the labels were not the colour or size that I ordered, I should have read reviews before ordering.

Super bad company.
I have pay for something that’s not have been delivered. The blaming everything: post office , covid ….
Don’t do business with this company. Better to give money to homeless person.

They trick people into ordering by pretending to be based in the UK. have co.uk website, UK phone number and says deliver with Royal Mail, but they manufacturing in abroad. it promises to deliver 3-5 working days, but now they say deliverying in a month! Total joker!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The first time I usede them the labels were late, the second time they didn't arrive at all. A total waste of time and money.

I have had several issues with this company and honestly do not waste your time and money. I ordered some end fold cotton labels with a colour on one side and white on the other. After the first iron the colour started to bleed. The order before this I wanted some changes to the care label in which Ron said it’s manufactured automatically by robots so cannot be tweak and that he can process as is or refund. I requested an refund, this was in March this year. Five emails later the last one on 30th May 2022, I am still chasing refund. This company is a joke & I am convinced Ron has fallen out of love with the business and could not give a toss. The only positive thing is that delivery was quick, but don’t waste you money go elsewhere.

After a month my $50 labels haven't arrived. There is no phone number for follow up just a robot Lets Chat service. I got 'had'... so disappointed.

Terrible service a total scam. Labels never arrived twice. I wrote multiple times and they kept saying it was the carrier. Eventually they said they will remake the order and send it. Surprise the carrier lost them again. Took a 98 year old persons money and failed to provide order. Shame on you

Not impressed. My labels were skimpy and difficult to sew into my products, having a ridged back that seemed to defeat my needle. Having contacted them to complain, I was replied to in an offhand and rude manner. Not the way to treat a valued customer, I would have thought? Avoid!

The most rude condescending customer service I have encountered. I told them I had dyslexia and that their site was very confusing (which I believe is purposeful) so I needed personally and simple help about two questions. All RON did was send me links basically telling me I was an idiot and that the info was on the site. I was specifically asking for personal help. He did not answer my questions, would evade them, send me links, then condescendingly redirect me back to their site as if he didn't want to deal with me. I see now that it is partially because I was asking for COTTON and he would evade telling me directly whether their ' soft cotton' 'cotton' or 'jersey' fabrics they sport on their site were in fact actual cotton. It took me forcing it out of him, because I was genuinely confused and because I only wanted cotton which bothered him deeply. They seem to do a lot of business, I am certain most people don't know the quality is so junk and assume they are getting something decent and don't ask annoying questions like me like 'is this fabric cotton'. RON from the company is the rudest person, I honestly could not believe it. Is this how they treat someone with a learning disability? At least he signed his emails 'kind regards' after he totally shot me down.

I made on order on this website and then got a message on the website that the payment hadnt gone through(I used paypal) I then payed for the same order again and this time it went through. To my surprise I then got two emails about two separate orders being made and got charged via paypal by both. So apparently a mistake has been made by the website. No worries I thought I’ll just email the company straight away and expkain my experience and stop one of the orders the owner Ron accused me of lying stating that I had just made two orders and then changed my mind and now wanted my money back which he said can’t be done. I recommend not using this website or any other website associated with the owner Ron since I felt highly disprespected by the way I was adressed. Who knows, u might aswell place ONE order and then have 15 orders going through. Also superbad for the environment to just go ahead and print and order against the buyers wish just to throw it away immediately?
