Cottontrends Reviews 

Bought custom made labels from them saying it was dispatched 21 July and now it is 24 August. No sign of them.

Tried them out for the 1st time, thinking they are an Australian company as they showed on the website that they use Australia Post. It is completely misleading and untrue.

Emailed them numerous times to resolve the issue. Their stance is :

* No tracking number to keep the cost low
* Be patient, it will eventually arrive.
* Not their issue if the delivery is delayed.
* There is nothing they can do. Not interested to resolve the issue as they feel it is not their responsibility to do so.

After reading the recent reviews of the so called company, all potentials out there... AVOID!

Wish I’d read these reviews first. I ordered specifically as they stated U.K. Priority Mail, one would assume 24-48 hours Delivery max. Keep fobbing me off with lame excuses. Glad I paid through PayPal

Ordered through this company thinking they were Australian, only to discover after the order was placed that its just, what I think, a dropshipping company importing labels from China or some other international country. They list a fast shipping time but fail to mention that international shipping times can take over a month for delivery, until you place your order. Will not be using them again. Still waiting on my order as well....

I placed an order on 9th July and received notification that the the order was sent on 13th July. It's the 18th of August and I'm still waiting. I've emailed 3 times and haven't had a response. They have a misleading web site. I dealt with an Aussie site, or so I thought.
I needed these labels for my Mum's clothes when she went into an Aged Care facility. I've now had to pay for them be done in house. Not happy!!!
I will be taking this up with PayPal.

Order was dispatched 9/7/20 we are now 15/8/20 still not here! Now concerned after reading these comments as I thought ordering from a .com.au was Australian company! Feeling rather nervous as cant afford to throw money away in the current climate!

I ordered my labels on 29th July, and they arrived today, waited for them 13 day's. At first I was very upset as they didn't came in 5 business days as it was said it will. I thought it was a scam as I read all this bad reviews. However they did arrived, but the quality is not as expected and will see what will come out of them when they get washed in washing machine. I order cotton labels and payed higher price for them but I got something like sintetic 🤔.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THIS so called “COMPANY”!!!
As everyone else has said, it seems like you’re buying local but your not! I ordered 5 weeks ago and gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID but nope! Haven’t received my items. They don’t respond to emails either so I’ve opened a dispute with them over PayPal. What a waste of time and money, especially as a small business. Shame on you cottontrends

I too thought I was ordering from an Australian company....then I read these reviews and my heart sunk. Thankfully, my sew-in labels and thank you cards have all arrived albeit a little later than I would have liked (3 weeks from order to delivery) but given current circumstances I understand the delay. I also tried to email the company without any response but am very glad that my labels have turned up.

AVOID this company.
I ordered sew on labels 4 weeks ago,after my account said they were dispatched - I still haven't received them. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. I advise anyone wanting to purchase labels from this company DONT

I would give this company no stars if I could, I dont think I have ever been so disappointed. The staff are so rude, the labels are horrific in quality. I advise to anybody looking fo a label avoid at all costs.

I have ordered labels from this company three times. The orders have all been received in excellent condition and the speed of making the labels has been excellent. I highly recommend this company

Same as everyone else misleading website, no tracking, no way to contact the company... Nothing a waist of money and time.

I ordered from this sight on 27th May 2020. On 29th May received an email saying my labels had been dispatched in a small tylex envelope and should take approx 5-9 days to deliver. I am in Australia and I ordered through an Australian website cottontrends.com.au and assumed and told that it was coming by Aust Post.
I have contacted supplier several times (seems to answer from somewhere in Netherlands or ‘NeverLands’ but each email tells me to have more patience. It is now 7 weeks since ordered and still no envelope.
This is totally frustrating as I was supposed to use these labels 5 weeks ago.

We would like to give this company zero stars, but unfortunately you can’t do that here..Avoid spending money with this company.Printed labels were very poor quality twice, refused replacement for another product or refund.Lost money for tags and postage cost,returning them to Netherlands.

I WIL NEVER ORDER FROM COTTON TRENDS EVER AGAIN!

I was told that my order has been shipped on the 27th of May 2020, it’s June 6 and I haven’t gotten anything! It’s just terrible how many people step in this trap! I will take this further! Thank you for nothing Cotton Trends!

I ordered labels but my heart sunk when I read the reviews a day later. My disappointment was further cemented when I got an email stating that there is no tracking number. To my surprise, my labels arrived within a week and a half of the email and they are perfect. Thank you cotton trends. Will definitely order again.

I would give them no stars but that wasn't possible. Have not received my tags. Won't be dealing with them again and they are now costing me money.

Two months after ordering i wrote a one star review. When Paypal intervened by contacting Cottontrends I was immediately offered replacement labels.
The labels are good but I would not recommend COTTONTRENDS because
they purport to be an Australian Co., they offer no tracking, they do not respond to communications

I'm waiting my order right away it's been three months ethey answer the e-mail saying that was sent , they didn't send it neither does the code tracking. Liars.
