We made a very last minute booking on the evening before check-in. We were called the following morning and kept up to date until the booking was confirmed by the hotel, and in time for us to check in.
Excellent, friendly and informative service.
We will absolutely be using this company again.

A user friendly websites with lots of benefit for those using it. Very competitive

A very nice mini break it was. Place is up to standard and the service from the staff is spot on. Food very nice. Precooked afternoon tea with some bubbles, well worth it, highly recommend it all. Only thing I disliked was when settling the bill, hotel had put added on the tip without asking, but that’s the only downside of the stay. Everything else spot in.

I wanted to book a country house hotel break for four people. The service and the attention to detail from the lady who took my booking (Mary) were excellent. She took the time to get the booking just right for my group and booked us our rooms and dinner in the hotel each evening. Based on that service I would recommend the company to book direct with. I can't forsee there being any issues with our plans because she took her time to get it right for us.

This is the first time I have used this website and I am impressed with the offers available as I did my research and went directly to the hotel website to check their prices and was amazed at the little extras included with Country Hotel Breaks that were all added extras on the hotel website.

Booked hotel for a 50th birthday present for my partner. Money taken from account and then told couldn't have date. Helpful advise included a different date or a golf club.
I cant change my partners birthday and we have no interest in golf
Would not bother using this site again

Informative site and overall a good experience.
Two small suggestions, it wood be good if you could search by hotel name if you know where you want to stay and two, the next page & previous page tab would be better at the end of page not the top, I would assume most people would prefer not to have to scroll back up before they can move to next page.

Issues initially booking via website with a voucher code . Used online chat which was very useful and lady dealt with my booking over phone

The lady I spoke with, Victoria, was so helpful calling the hotel to check availability both for the rooms and spa treatments. Would definitely book again through this company again.

This is not the first time I’ve booked through this company and the reasons are - simple to book, very clear what is on offer, good deal (better than elsewhere I looked) and efficient instant confirmation.

We bought a voucher for a hotel spa break - very easy process and excellent value. When we tried to use the voucher the hotel we booked for had changed the offer (due to covid) but the customer service from Country Hotel Breaks was exceptional in helping us to enjoy the break we had booked with the voucher. Will definitely use them again and fully recommend

Easy booking experience. I made an error with the date and emailed soon after I realised my mistake to change the dates. The response was extremely fast and my booking was immediately changed. Very impressed.

Very easy to find a hotel with space in a location we wanted to visit. Booking was very simple and we were able to use the voucher we received as a present as well.

Anne- Marie was fabulous! I had trouble using the website so I telephoned instead. Anne Marie also had problems with the IT but was very pro active and consciously resolved the situation for me. All now booked and confirmation received. Well done and thank you.

The website is generally good - well presented with all the necessary hotel details . I could not book the dates I required online as the system said the dates were available on one screen and not available on the next. However my phone call was quickly answered and the booking made within minutes. Very happy with the response from the staff member.
