The survey and offer for the work was done in a thorough and timely manor . I didn't feel pressurized and and had a weekend to decide to go ahead . The guys who came to do the work were polite and efficient even when they had to work until nearly 10pm to complete the clean up at the end of job . Would recommend and they were cheaper than high pressure cowboy who also quoted .

After many sleepless nights worrying about the spray foam insulation installed in 2022, I decided to do something about it. Contacted Countrywide, an Estimator called confirmed that the foam was wet at the back which would lead to problems if wanting to sell. Decided to go ahead with removal and the whole process went very smoothly. The crew working cleared up the mess every evening and in all the job took 3 days.

Excellent service from beginning to end in removing spray foam insulation and roof replacement. Clear costs/work up front, regular updates and quick turnaround on Building Certs on completion. Highly recommend

The team of three young men who did the work were very friendly and efficient. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it, which was reassuring. They cleared away all the mess afterwards and hoovered all the nearby carpets before they left. A job well done.

We had spray foam removal by this company who was recommended by a family member. We were not disappointed with their service, from start to finish they were punctual, polite. Their quality of service was outstanding. After they had finished the work carried out was exemplary, and also leaving the property hoovered and tidied to a good standard. Regrettably I had to have spray foam loft insulation removed from my loft. Finding a suitable contractor was difficult but Countrywide Roofing came to my rescue. The office staff provided an excellent service, quote and suitable appointment. The two engineers that arrived were extremely prompt - in fact they were early - completed the job in a quiet, professional and thorough manner and left the loft in a very tidy condition.

When I didn't know a thing about spray foam. Nick was really helpful talking through the situation. He was able to get some one out within days to do a quote and fitted us in within 2 weeks.

The service from start to finish was amazing. The everyone that I spoke to was polite and friendly and they carried out the work to a very high standard.

My elderly father needed Spray foam insulation removed from his loft to find a leak in the roof. After much research we settled on Countrywide. They did a comprehensive survey, and sent Sam, Greg, Finn and Patrick to carry out the work. Such a fantastic team! all the guys were polite and hardworking, very patient and understanding of my Fathers needs, they completed the removal work in good time, installed new insulation and left his house clean and tidy every day. The leak was too big to patch up, and involved removing a solar panel, but Countrywide sent us a roofer to complete the work. Very happy with their work, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of Spray foam removal. Thank you guys!

Three men arrived on time and removed all the open cell foam spray foam insulation on the first day, They disposed of the rubbish to a licensed depot on the 2nd day and prepared the area in the loft for the installation of loft roll. They completed the job on time on the 3rd day. This was a difficult job and I was very pleased with the way they worked and cleaned and tidied up after they finished the job.

We are currently selling our house and the buyers mortgage got rejected as we had closed cell spray foam insulation in our converted attic. Countrywide were very fast at sending round someone to come and assess the job and give us a quote and then when we’d accepted it they were very fast at giving us a date for the work to start. The work itself was also done very quickly and professionally, the guys who came were all lovely and left everything very clean. Very happy with the work.

The team at Countrywide Roofing and Insulation did a terrific job in removing the foam insulation in the loft. It was a competitive price and they did it in the time they said it would take. They scraped all the beams down and put in new insulation between the joists and cleaned up everyday - leaving no bits on the carpets or anything. I contacted Countrywide by filling in their online form regarding spray foam removal. Colin followed up with a call shortly afterwards and clearly explained the whole process to me. He was informative, helpful, and arranged a home visit with Frederica, their Senior Estimator.

Frederica was brilliant from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail, and was honest and reassuring about both the process and the costs involved. Her clear assessment gave us confidence, and based on this we decided to go ahead with Countrywide. The job was booked in for two weeks later.

On the first day of the work, Greg and Finn arrived and got straight to it. On the second day, Michael joined to patch our membrane. All three were polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the job to a high standard and left everything clean and tidy.

After making the final payment, we received the site audit report as proof of the completed and safe removal, which added further reassurance.
