Contacted Countrywide Roofing and Insulation by email initially, got immediate response and follow up. Really know their stuff, no hard sell and arranged a survey within days. Price quoted to remove spray foam was significantly less than competitors and included new 300mm Building Reg compliant insulation. Work was booked in swiftly and undertaken with minimum of fuss. I expected some signs they had been there but house was pristine, work completed and received certification paperwork the next day. Can genuinely say I wish all companies were as easy to deal, excellent communication and all round service .

Steve and his team were here very prompt at 7:30am, they did discover a small issue and halted all works whilst a decision was made whether to carry on. They were an amazing team and did their best to make sure all debris was cleaned up. Will definitely use them again if I need any further works doing (which it looks like we do)

I would definitely recommend countrywide to anyone looking for their spray foam insulation removed. Having being scammed into getting it installed to begin with, we spent a lot of time meeting with different companies for the removal. Despite other companies telling us not to go with country wide as they would charge us extra, we are happy we did. From the initial survey to the final payment, the team were very professional and polite. A big thank you to Steve and his team (Pablo and Brian), they did a really great job, neat and tidy, cleaned up, prompt and efficient. Steve was kind enough to answer my 101 questions even after a long day. Wish you all the very best guys!

The team arrived on time, explained what work was required. Introduced theselves and layed dust sheets down to protect our carpets.,at the end of day one they removed the dust sheets and all surrounding foam was vacuumed leaving the house as clean as they arrived.
On day two the team finished removing the final spray foam that was left in the loft and installed new insulation between the joists relaying the boards that I had installed to walk on.
When all the work was completed the carpets were vacuumed and any loos particles of foam were collected and safely placed in the company vehicle.

I had to have the removal of the open cell spray foam insulation I had done three years ago. The two people who did the work over four days were very professional and tackled the job with care even though , some of the removal had very limited access. I had been very concerned about the removal and the possible problems, none of which materialised due to the skillfor these excellent operatives who we were very happy to have in our home. An excellent job well carried out.

The team did a fantastic job in removing the previously installed loft foam insulation and replaced with new insulation. It only took them 2 days. They removed everything and disposed of all the foam. Would certainly recommend Countrywide Roofing & Insulation.

She was brilliant and explained the process and was honest and reassuring about the process and costs .

All of these guys ,without exception worked extremely hard across all 3 days and at the end of each day cleaned up so you wouldn’t even know they had been.

Countrywide have been amazing from start to finish. The whole process from initial contact to the surveyor assessing the roof, to organisation of the works to be carried out with all the necessary paperwork required for sale of the property and building regs was all organised efficiently by Countrywide. The workmen who completed the work were polite, respectful, knowledgable and completed to work to a high standard cleaning up fully after themselves. We were really pleased with the work undertaken, and the company's approach and professionalism. Unlike some other firms, they were happy to visit to inspect the state of the rafters and felt (under the foam) before recommending and providing a quote. They were not the cheapest around, but we felt confident they would do a good job and not cut corners or recommend unnecessary work. We were not disappointed. After sifting through other Foam Removal companies I decided on Counyrywide. I was impressed by Ash who came to inspect and measure. He spent at least 40 minutes in the loft taking samples etc. Adam lead of the team and his 2 co helpers were fantastic. It was a thankless task and it took longer than anticipated but they kept diligent and pressed on.

We needed to have spray foam loft insulation removed to sell my mother's house. Having contacted Countrywide Roofing & Insulation I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process from start to finish. Communication was great and all appointments were maintained and agreed times adhered to. The removal team were excellent and completed the removal in one day. Country Wide Insulation recently carried out Spry Foam Insulation removal at my property. They have been a pleasure to deal with from arranging the quote (which was carried out on the same day i phoned to book it), to providing written processes to the day of removal. The team arrived at 8am and worked until the early evening to finish the job all in one day. The team were polite and friendly and left the house clean and tidy.

Prior to having our spray foam removed we spent 6 months reviewing different companies and met with 5! Having been scammed with the installation of spray foam we were determined not to be scammed with its removal! Immediately we met with Countrywide we had confidence in their knowledge and professionalism. They completed the job in a timely, clean & efficient manner and the team working on the job were friendly, helpful and keen to do a great job. I chose Countrywide Roofing & Insulation to remove spray foam from my elderly mothers 4 bed detached house. From my first initial contact, the team in the office, have been excellent with communication and also very understanding that my mother was extremely anxious about the whole procedure. The guys(my mum didn't get the names, apologies)who turned up to carry out the work were punctual, courteous and ensured that the house was always tidy before they left each day. Well done.
