New ordering process and the information required , my date of birth ? is time consuming and cluncky especially if you forget your password then have to reinstate it then the item you have originally ordered disappears and you have to start the process all over again

I have been using County Golf for the past couple of years with total satisfaction. The website is very user friendly with good accurate information, the products are good value for money and they arrive as promised.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My order came within 2 days of placing it. The little diagram on the website for the sizings are spot on. Garments are fantastic quality for the price paid. Will be ordering again from this company. Thank you

You have to pay for postage and pay for returns, items aren't described correctly on their website and they don't refund you the returns, shocking customer service in 2022. Won't be ordering again.

Have purchased many items of golf clothing from County Golf which have all been high quality & fast dispatch. Put friends onto them as well who have had similar experiences. They often have great offers if you sign up via email too. Had to send my first item back over the weekend due to being too large (though sizing on their site for each garment is pretty well explained) & a refund was immediately forwarded to my account. Great site for golf clothing & fantastic prices too.

I have become a fan of County Golf having found them whilst surfing the net some time ago. They have a fantastic range of high quality golf gear at very reasonable prices. Today's delivery was for a C&B 4 way stretch Rain jacket with hood and a C&B all weather glove. Both are great - to be honest I do tend to favour the C&B gear.
If I have one not complaint but more an observation is that sizing across ranges is inconsistent and sometimes even withing a specific manufacturer. But knowing that means I know to check every time as I may be a L in one but XL and even XXL in another. Back to the positives. They have great genuine sales on a regular basis. I recommend County Golf 100%

Ordered off of the old Web page which was a bit cumbersome to navigate!

Absolute rip off merchants , did a warehouse clearance giving 10% off , place an order , next day 15% off , rang and complained saying that was unfair , was advised they would be doing larger discounts but he would happily refund the difference , and to email if the items where in stock the next day , happy you’d think , so got to 30% off and to my email i got the reply IM DONE , that was it , now today it’s at 45% total rip off merchants do not buy warehouse clearance as they will drop and drop prices and not refund the difference as promised !

For the 2nd time. The item arrives is different to the item picture on the website. Spoke to the general manager who was useless and very unhelpful.

Id suggest people not buying from them as the customer service is non existent.

Bought several items and all delivered quickly and well packaged. Excellent price. Had to return one item. No problems doing so. Refund back into my account within 5 days. No quibbles. Excellent service. Overall very satisfied and will almost certainly use again.

Due to the covid situation, i was not able to return the items i purchased in time, and their customer refused for the return due to the return period was passed. It is quite a big amount of money. Very very disappointed. It's the first time i used them and I dont think i would recommend them to anyone else. Also i believe this is a very small company, as their general manager deals with the customer service phone calls directly.

Excellent value golf clothing. Used numerous times and always been really happy with quality and price of goods. Size guide on tops is excellent, giving actual clothes measurements which is important as the difference between brands is huge, you can switch between L to XXL to get the same fit, much the same as normal fashion clothing. I found this invaluable to avoid returning goods which I believe is at your own cost, not surprising giving the cost saving to comparable golf stores.
Once used I'm sure you will use again 🙂

I’ve used before and was happy but very disappointed with my recent experiences e.g. I ordered a pair of Calvin Klein trousers size 38/L. When they arrived they were too large because the actual waist was 40 inches. I returned with a note and a picture proving the size was not as advertised. I was refunded the cost and my original postage but not my return postage.

This is the 2nd time it’s happened which means I’ve it’s cost me £7.05 for NOTHING!

Very disappointed.

Provide quality golfwear at excellent prices.
Good are delivered promptly and returns are dealt with quickly.

I've used County Golf on a number of occasions for various clothing purchases. Delivery is always fast and some of the prices are excellent.
I recently purchased a pair of Gortex Golf wet weather trousers and the price was unbelievable.
I'm very pleased and I would urge anyone to give this company a go.

I would not even have put one star but it wouldn’t let me put none! Absolutely terrible customer service recently. I am unsure if staff have been changed recently as I’ve ordered a few times and never had an issue however I returned my last order which was bought as a Christmas present and was too small. They don’t offer an exchange so asked for refund ( which I paid to return) and then I was going to purchase the other size or another garment. Not now. The item was returned to me after not even acknowledging receipt of it being returned, with no other communication other than a note on the order form saying can’t refund it’s been washed!! It absolutely had not been and was only tried on once for minutes then put back in the original package. To then call them and say there is obviously a mistake here you can clearly tell the item is unwashed by the feel smell and look of it! ( original folds from being in package were still in it!) to be basically told a I’m lying as multiple members of staff said it was washed! Absolutely disgusted. I will never purchase from them again because of this and I’m now left with an item that can’t be used. Appalling customer service.

I was recommended County Golf by a golfing friend. I have subsequently purchased many items such as trousers, shorts, t-shirts, gloves, mid layers, jumpers, hoodies and hats which have all been exceptional in style and quality. The cost savings are substantial and the customer service has been first class. County Golf is my go-to place for golf clothing.

I had the misfortune of discovering County golf back in 2014, I say misfortune as it has now cost me a fortune, mainly due to there great prices and first class customer service. I have quite the collection of clothing and have made a few mistakes with orders which they have rectified on every occasion without quibble, even though it is my own fault ( PS if I order the wrong size then I expect to pay to return it) there measurements that are specific to the items are brilliant, my refunds have been processed on the day of the items arriving back, because of this I am happy to reorder before getting my refund as I know there will be no issues. I have had just a few occasions where delivery has been slower than usual but this is the couriers issue not there's so they should not be criticised for this. I just want to take this opportunity to commend their customer service team, they are truly exceptional. Here's to another 7 years buying from you.
