I have ordered a few items from County Golf now and the prices are unbeatable (trust me I've bought a lot of golf gear). I recently had a mix up with my return whereby the post office essentially didn't return the item as paid for. The team refunded me the amount after requesting proof of postage, which was a superb gesture. Will use the refund to shop with them again and grab some more bargains.

You can fault the products they sell or the price they sell it for But the delivery is rubbish, if was free I could accept waiting 5 days or more but we are for a 48 hours delivery which never happens, perhaps they not use Royal Mail.

Fantastic customer service.

Had a query for the team. Was answered really well. My query was based on a pending delivery, something which I completely understand is out of the hands of the company once in the hands of the courier. Nevertheless county golf took action immediately leaving me completely satisfied with the end result.

Customer service is at the top of this teams agenda and I can only recommend a company like that.

Nearly two years ago I bought a pair of trousers from County Golf. Then I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. Then I was house-bound by Covid and by the time I could play golf again I had put on weight and the trousers no longer fitted. I contacted County Golf who said that if the trousers still had their labels on and if they still stocked the size I now needed they would exchange them. I have just received the new trousers. This isn't just Customer Service, this is Bloody Marvelous Customer Service. I now know exactly where I shall buy any more golfing attire that I need.

Great service. Ordered a couple of times now and my order has come within days. The last time I noticed that the jacket I had ordered had been reduced the day after. Contacted them and they refunded me the difference. Good customer service and have their site as one of my favourites as they have great prices.

First time ordering after a recommendation on Golf Monthly forum. Ordered two Adidas polos for a bargain price. Ordered on Thursday evening and arrived this morning. Well packaged and item as described.
Will be ordering more items again. Great prices.

Absolutely excellent company to deal with. Over the years, I've placed several orders with this company. Principally, my reasons for ordering from them are largely based on price/cost. I know & appreciate there are golf suppliers who promote themselves as being "Discount" suppliers, however, I've found that their rhetoric doesn't match the true cost to the consumer. By contrast, County Golf DO provide great value for money. Their customer service is excellent. From a courteous e-mail acknowledging receipt and thanking you for your order, to delivery within a couple of days, is positively encouraging and I can / Do highly recommend this company.

Always a great selection of golf gear at really competitive prices. Quality is of a high standard & service is exceptional. On the few occasions I’ve had to amend an order or cancel, the customer service team have always been quick to help.

Placed an order for polo shirts on Sunday and realised I had ordered incorrect size on two items. Contacted County Golf by e-mail, they responded same day.
Issue (which was my fault) was sorted out on Monday and the order despatched same day, delivered as per original timescale.
Great prices and fantastic service. Will definitely be using them again.

Have got to say have been ordering now for 6 months and everything from deliveries and when I have to do returns have been perfect, customer service has been outstanding,would highly recommend to anyone.

I have I ordered from this website multiple times now and it is always delivered swiftly. The products are very good value for money and cater for the larger golfer. Would highly recommend if you don’t like paying American Golf prices.

Having had an annoying experience with a big national company, how refreshing to have dealings with a company that treat you as a proper customer. The products are very good value for money. They accidentally sent me the wrong item - understandably, because the manufacturer hadn't actually labelled it - right pattern size etc. County Golf were very helpful; sent the correct item immediately and refunded my postage for returning the goods sent in error. Very pleased with their prompt and friendly service and will definitely use again.

I buy all my golf clothes on this website - great range; leading brands (Ping and UA are my favs); and low prices. Why shop anywhere else!
Delivery has always been very quick and the clothes come on their hangers(if applicable) and plastic wrapping for protection.

Always cheaper than most places and orders are on time.

I recieved the Calvin klien quilted zipper. The sleeves and cuffs are of appalling quality. Either county golf are selling fakes or Calvin Klein tops are now rubbish. Comfy and nice but the cuffs are so bad you wouldn't believe unless you seen them

Ordered a number of adidas and Calvin Klein goods and they all arrived very quickly within a week with free delivery. You pay for returns but at these prices that is not bad at all.
