This company is the worst i have ever delt with.. they took 4 days after booking with them to pick up a parcel and then were rude and arrogant when they finally turned up.. I will never use them again.
Never even attempted delivery
Just like so many people here I received an email saying they attempted delivery which was a lie as I was home all day. I also checked my surveillance cameras and they didn’t even drive past my house. I followed their directions to reschedule the delivery and they confirmed for 2 days later. Again I was home yet no delivery. Now tracking says “overdue” and days go by with no delivery. I tried to contact them in every possible way but it’s impossible to speak to a human, just their stupid bot which is less than useless. I really can’t believe how this company can still be in business. Absolute worst courier in Australia.

Absolutely disgusting company I’ll go as far as saying fraudulent. Customer service is nonexistent. The only option you’re given for contact is a bot which by the way is useless. I was told they attempted delivery which is a lie I have video recording security cameras around the perimeter of the property. I then engaged with there bot telling them I’m home and work night shift and reorganized delivery stating they had permission to leave the package in the parcel box on my porch. That was 14 days ago. Today I’m home and they have the audacity to tell me again that they attempted delivery again which is another lie I checked all my cameras and sent the exact same photograph that they sent 14 days ago. I rang Australia post they have no record of the tracking number so back to the useless bot. Now my package is lost. Beyond disgusting. This is a fraudulent company full of scammers.
Couriers Please are useless
Couriers Please are useless, unhelpful and do not take responsibility for their errors. Despite their photo showing they delivered the parcel to the wrong address and close to the road where it was clearly visible, they washed their hands of the missing parcel denying they were at fault. They said their driver deemed it a safe place (rubbish it was). My house, whilst not visible from the road has very clear signage to follow the driveway where there is ample parking and space to turn around. Whilst we were in contact with them regarding this, they then again delivered another two parcels to the exact same place.....hopeless. At least this time we noticed them while driving past. Their driver/s are clearly lazy or cannot follow signage. Other delivery companies have no problem. Don't use Couriers Please.

CP claimed they couldn’t deliver my package because it was “too dangerous” but they didn’t say why? Since I was home on the day I know they didn’t attempt to deliver the package. There was also no note left in my mailbox.
I requested a re-delivery via their website and this was acknowledged however nothing has been delivered (48hrs past their advised re-delivery timeline) and the tracking information indicates “overdue”.
The sender has been in touch with “Sendle” who arrange shipping with CP and was provided with a different story.
Shop is now going to send new product via Australia Post and try to sort out shipping issues with Sendle/CP.
I wouldn’t recommend Sendle or Couriers Please.

Couriers please took 6 weeks to deliver my parcel, I told them at least 6 times to deliver to the front unit, I mean how easy is it to find the FRONT UNIT, in those 6 weeks they came 4 times, and there was NO DELIVERY all those times, they had multiple excuses , no one home, cars blocking driveway and NO no 12 ???????? our unit the FRONT UNIT has the no 12 on the front of it, through all their excuses which where all lies as we have CCTV cameras operating 24/7 , and we watched them on camera and all they did was drive down the driveway and back up, did not attempt to get out and LOOK, BUT I have finally recieved my parcel today, it wasn’t dropped off at our unit (THE FRONT UNIT) it was thrown out the window onto the lady’s steps at her unit 3 units down from the FRONT UNIT…
These people are liars from office to drivers and I cannot believe their incompetence, this would have to be the WORST COURIER COMPANY in Melbourne……
Extremely Disappointed – Avoid if You Value Accountability
I had a terrible experience with Couriers Please. I sent a fragile item, professionally packed and clearly labelled, yet it arrived damaged. The driver rushed the delivery, got a signature, and left — no time to inspect the parcel. When I raised a claim, I was told the damage “didn’t happen during delivery” simply because the box looked fine and a signature was collected.
Apparently, in their eyes, a signature equals perfect condition — which is absolutely ridiculous. Even after proving the item was unusable and not repairable (failing a Roadworthy Certificate), they denied the claim with no real investigation or fairness.
This company takes zero responsibility for what happens during transit and leaves their customers out of pocket. I will never use Couriers Please again, and I suggest anyone sending valuable or fragile items look elsewhere.

3 attempts at delivery ... letter left once .. not prior notice twice. emails took days to answer. Seller and Bunnings Marketplace are also hopeless. Complaint to PayPal and money refunded ...
The tracking system is way off being…
The tracking system is way off being accurate, it said that my package was being delivered on Tuesday and when it didn't arrive, I checked the tracking the next day it had an "Overdue" mark on it. And it has said that for 4 days, it's Friday today and it said it was just collected, and it was now due for delivery next Tuesday? This package is only coming from the Northside of Brisbane to the Westside of Brisbane, it was supposed to be sent on Monday, and I really needed it by Thursday. :(

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Couriers Please was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. They won’t deliver as I’m not home even though I requested “Authority to Leave” multiple times.
To make matters worse, unhelpful responses from the chat bot, the only way to communicate and no real accountability.
I will never see my parcel as I will always be at work and not at home.
There are far better options out there. Avoid Couriers Please if you value your time, and sanity.

Totally unreliable service. Waited all day at home for delivery. No one came to the door nor pressed the intercom buzzer. Was sent a 'sorry we missed you, no one was home' message.A total lie. This happened with the redelivery as well. I even left a note with the gate unlocked saying I WAS HOME. The Bot service is useless. Even when told customer service will contact me. The generic response is they will review and get back to me. They never did twice. Tracking eventually second time round noted it had been left in a safe place. No location given. Had to ring around to find it. Avoid this company and request merchants to use another.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with this company. Despite my parcel being tracked as “delivered,” it was unfortunately dropped off at a different unit building. The delivery address clearly indicated my unit number, yet the driver delivered the package to an apartment on a different building. This was the first time I have encountered such a poor service from this company, as I have always received timely text messages from them. It has been ten days since the delivery of my missing parcel, and I have yet to receive any feedback from the company. Their service was extremely disappointing, and I have repeatedly sent emails to their customer service, but I have not received a response until today.
worst but THE worst delivery

A purchase I made was to be delivered by CouriersPlease, they made an attempt whereby I was not present and took it away. I contacted them to rearrange a new delivery many times but nothing, they then advised that the parcel has been returned to sender which happens to be a hub not the company I purchased from therefore now gone. If a was a sender I wouldn’t use them, as a receiver chances are you may not receive it.
Worst Service Ever
The online stores I shopped at unfortunately chose CouriersPlease to deliver and not once have I had a good experience. Their tracking system never updates the parcel info until you contact them and I had to do redelivery every time because I work full-time (those online stores won't even allow me to leave instructions to just leave the parcel somewhere safe). Their redelivery would always take up two weeks time by the time I actually received the parcels. It's a waste of time and effort trying to deal with them and I block all the online stores that use them for delivery.
No delivery.. no easy communication
The app said the parcel arrived while I was home.. I didn't hear anything, but I checked everywhere and it's not here.
Disappointingly, they cannot be contacted by phone only email and I have to wait in line until who knows when for a reply.
It's now the end of the day and I've been waiting all day.. no parcel and not even an email reply.
Their Autobot was not sufficient ..
So disappointing..
Unacceptable delivery
I had a parcel delivered yesterday. The contents were valued at $300. We have a long driveway and the parcel was left on top of the mailbox at the top of our drive. Anyone could have taken it. It should have been delivered to our door.

Couriers please are lazy and dishonest and consistently fail to deliver parcels to my address.
A card is never left, the buzzer is never rung, and the parcel is taken straight to the other side of the suburb.
They respond with the identical form email promising a resolution and they change nothing. On the one occasion they did deliver, they left a $5000 parcel in the rain, on the street at a bus stop.
By a very long margin, they are the worst courier company in Australia. I will no longer purchase from merchants that use them.

This is the third time I have not received a parcel from this company .
Lately I had a envelope with a book supposed to be in it ! First time the envelope was open so I presume the book had fallen out . The courier said his manager would call ! That didn’t happen !
Today I got a notice that my book ( second attempt ) had been delivered . Not at all ! And I was home all day , the house number is clearly marked !
With such a low reviews I’m surprised this company survives ! Amazon should change its delivery provider !

It is understandable if a delivery is delayed due to flooding. What is not acceptable is the complete lack of communication and responsiveness from the company, and the straight up lying about deliveries being completed. There is no real option to speak to anyone about your issues - enquiries are directed to the chatbot on their website, which dutifully spits out a boilerplate email, which is not followed up. Infuriating company which has made it impossible to order online from Target.
