The worst delivery company ever
The worst delivery company ever. They actually lie. Said they tried to deliver item and no one was home. Firstly I received no notification to say item was arriving and then I was home but they never tried to deliver. It was then up to me to re-organise. Then they stated they had delivered item which was a lie. They do not message or notify and don't actually deliver. Disgraceful and incompetent
Bad at delivering
Bad at delivering, good at lying.
100% of the deliveries sent to me via Couriers Please arrive several days late. This happens so often that they have actually removed every single contact method from their website, so you cannot contact them directly at all. I had to find an old email for them off reddit (support AT couriersplease DOT com DOT au).
Upon writing to Couriers Please to inform them that the tracking for my now overdue parcel had not been updated so much as once since they collected it from the sender, I received a reply that the item was in transit and would be delivered on the expected day. This was a complete and total lie, it has now been 4 days with no delivery, no updates at all to the tracking info, and the parcel has not even left the state it was sent from.
Do not ever use Couriers Please unless you enjoy disappointment and losing customers. I will never ever again buy from a company that uses CP for shipping. Absolutely useless liars.
Misplaced delivery and terrible CS
I had an order sent in two parcels by a major retailer, which was dispatched and delivered via Couriers Please. I buy online because I work FT and don't have a car. I expect any parcel to be left at my door. Is that too much to ask for? I get that some drivers might not be used to the area, they might get confused with the numbers, or they might be running like mad due to the pressure of the metrics they have. We all make mistakes. The problem is how you respond to your mistakes.
I received notification of one of the parcels being delivered at my place at the end of the day. When I got home, the parcel was not there. I checked the units in my alley (5), the alley before mine (5) and the alley after mine (5). No parcel at anyone's door. I could not call Customer Service because they don't have a phone number and their CS chat was not operational at the time I got home in the evening or at the time I left for work the next day. As recommended by their website, I put a ticket through the chatbot mentioning that I had checked the surrounding area and that the parcel had been left elsewhere. Two days later they answered my ticket stating, matter of fact, "Our tracking system shows your parcel XXX was delivered to the correct address." They attach a photo of the door, and that's not my door. None in my alley or the ones I checked. What sort of customer service is this? Where or how are these people trained? What do they think that the photo is that of my door? Why do they think that I haven't checked my surrounding area when in fact mentioned this in the ticket? They left the parcel at the wrong address, 100%, and this was none of the units I visited on the day. A good decent neighbour brought the parcel to my door the following arvo. CS' response is just bad. They can easily check that item one was left at a door (they have the photo) and item 2 of the order was left at another door (they have the photo); the second door is mine the first one is different ant not mine. It really annoyed me that they think that I cannot identify my door and that my door is that of the photo. Even Google Maps has my alley clearly identified. Perhaps the company should hire more drivers, put less pressure on the delivery guys and invest some good money on customer service, because, as it stands, it's quite poor. And their tracking system, obviously, failed in the worst possible epic way.
Improved with time.
When couriers Please first appeared on the scene they were hopeless. Bad logistics couriers. But over time they've improved, markedly in my opinion. Anyway, well done Couriers Please.
Their tracking systems is only fair
Their tracking systems is only fair. Experience over the last decade & despite some company amalgamation has been somewhat unreliable. The worst occasions was a couple of years back where a package was lost in their system. The address for the courier was false and the record of the package virtually disappeared. Nearly 12mths later that package turned up being delivered without explanation as to where it had been or why. While a margin better than it had been it still has away to go to improve. Delivery is not necessarily on a day proffered and often delivery is simply finding the package somewhere near the front door. No door bell pressed or other indication of its arrival.
If a package is not being tracked you would have no idea of that as the sender and CP do not have a feature on website to indicate the case.
FIRTSTLY in my humble opinion this company needs a good kick up the rear.
FIRSTLY in my humble opinion this is possibly the worst company for being freight carriers.
1. their drivers are so incompetent SACK the lot and start with honest people.
2 SACK the help team their wasting peoples time and stealing wages for no effort.
3. If the company Iam buying from tells me this company picked up the goods then they have stole not only the goods but the freight charge . The latest update is here 26/05/25 they have found the parcel but I have to pay them $10 as a relabel fee otherwise they wont deliver This is extortion of the highest order for them to have not acted by law under their original contract for delivery. My advice AVOID IF THERE THE DELIVERY COMPANY. Guess what after advising I would be handing over to the Fraud Squad parcel delivered on Friday 30th Here we go again at 2100hrs 4/03/26 they hqve a new habit they do not accept the tracking number so you have no idea if they will be drlivering your parcel or their driver is selling it off on Ebay.

SO I ask WHERE is the POD where is MY parcel?
PEOPLE AVOID THIS WANT TO BE COURIER who FAIL to deliver correctly and it beecomes YOUR PROBLEM.
NB** FRAUDULANTLY SIGNING is illegal.
Avoid this courier company
Item was not collected over a 4 day period (Monday-Thursday).
I booked the courier (interstate, from Sydney to me in Melbourne) on Monday and received a consignment number immediately via the website. However, I did not receive any email confirmation after booking.
After the first 24 hours without the item being collected, I emailed support to get an update. Support replied and asked me to advise whether the item has been collected or not. Astounding that they are unable to determine using their own systems whether the item had been collected. I had to call the Sydney pickup location and ask. It had not been collected, and I advised Support of this via email.
This morning (Thursday) I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and requested a refund via their ridiculously useless virtual chat bot.
This evening I received another email from Support:
"Kindly let us know if you would like us to schedule a pickup for your parcel, or inform us of the next steps and when the parcel will be ready for pickup at the sender's address."
I would have thought it would have been obvious that it was ready for collection on Monday when I booked and I stated in the booking form that it was ready for collection at 10am Monday. Today is Thursday.
Cannot suggest strongly enough that anyone considering a courier with this company RECONSIDER!
Scam
We paid for parcel services and booked a pickup through this company. The item was never collected. I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team via their website, email, and phone, with no response.
At this point, it is clear that they have no functioning customer support. Their Trustpilot rating has fallen to 1.4 stars, reflecting widespread dissatisfaction. This company is actively taking payment for services they do not deliver, failing to provide any means for customers to request refunds or cancellations.
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), businesses are required to provide services with due care and skill, and to either fulfill the services paid for or offer refunds where they fail to do so. Ignoring service failures and refusing to engage with customers constitutes a breach of these consumer protections.
By continuing to accept payments without providing the promised service or reasonable redress, this company is engaging in conduct that can be classified as misleading and deceptive under Section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law. Based on my experience and the mounting public feedback, I would now consider this business a scam operation.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Can’t talk to a human. So frustrating! The card that was left was completely illegible making it impossible to book a re delivery. Then I couldn’t speak to anyone but a robot and no email contact info available. I will definitely be avoiding this company from now on.
Pity the lowest I can go is one star
Pity the lowest I can go is one star. Zero accountability. 3 consignments disappeared despite the seller and my own best efforts to track them down. One of these was just only 170klms away. Gone. No contact details available not response to online request and just totally the worst courier I have ever experienced. And that's saying a lot. I thought Aussie Post was bad but these guys redefine the meaning of totally shithouse. Stay way away from these couriers and advise any seller not to use them. Its will only invite a world or pain, disappointment, financial loss and total frustration. Their behaviour borders on criminal property theft.
couriers please must be almost the worst courier service in Australia.
When I am notified of a couriers please delivery I do not get any updates on the time of day ETA. This is very frustrating because I’m then having to wait at home (sometimes all day) for the delivery. When I try to contact the customer service there is no help because I’m told my tracking number is invalid. Then I try their bot and am told what I already know that it’s onboard for delivery today but to contact them if it doesn’t arrive in the next few days. This is a woeful courier service. I try to not use this service.
Sick of not delivering on time and…
Sick of not delivering on time and right place, no contact centre and no resoultion. Amazon, please do not use this courier. Couriers Please, just go wind up your business as it is not a proper form of business.
Horrible customer service - STAY AWAY
Placed an order more than a month ago, they were unable to deliver to my parcel locker I have being trying to sort it out ever since. Sent several emails to the company with minimum or no response. At this stage Im almost requesting a refund. Dealing with their customer service is by far the worst experience I ever had with a company like that. Be aware!!!
I just wanted to let your readers know…
I just wanted to let your readers know that I finally did get a response from customer service at Couriers Please, albeit 14days after my initial enquiry. They actually told me that my item was not ready to collect, when they came to pickup parcel- This was a blatant lie! I advised them that my parcel was no longer available for collection, and that I wanted a refund for the $80 that I paid......7 days later, still no response from customer service. I will be taking my complaint to NSW Fair Trading next.
ACCC should close them down
It’s a joke of a company, they have twice said they attempted delivery despite being home on both occasions and know that this is a lie. Kmart use this courier, I’d suggest any company using them consider dropping them. Cheap, zero customer service and zero accountability. It’s likely a legalised scam which we’re letting happen. No company with the sheer number of bad reviews you can see in plain sight should be allowed to operate.
Worst courier ever they need to be…
Worst courier ever they need to be bloody shut down sent parcel to wrong address the guy knocked on my door then left with the parcel it’s a scam
Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address. A month one has passed. Still not found, Still no resolve. No accountability. No customer support number to contact.
Do not use couriers please. They are dreadful.
Hours wasted and money spent all because a packing company has no accountability and no responsibility.
Lost my parcel
Lost my parcel. Cant find it. So sorry for the negative experience.
They never deliver
They never deliver! I keep getting updates with ' Unable to deliver - unsafe to leave parcel unattended.
Book a redelivery' -so how is that when 1. there are people home, 2. a space out front to park and 3. a doorbell? This has happened three times, and I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for this delivery.
