I purchased a course a while ago but my circumstances altered and I wasn't able to undertake it. When I came to access it I was informed it had expired and I'd have to pay. Spoke with very helpful man on support desk who resolved my issues very promptly. Thanks.

Hi, I have completed the Advanced Diploma Business Administration course. The course was, I found, informative. However, it lacked the ability to confirm your knowledge at the end of each module, with an interactive test.
I understand that the course is CPD accredited but NOT recognised by Ofqual, neither are any of the other courses, specifically Diplomas; why is this?

Paid for the diploma in Vegetable gardening. It was an ok course... started off well with knowing soil and planning garden. Seeds and germination.. but then fell apart.
it may give a few ideas on companion planting, but there wasnt much on harvesting, how to prepare second planting. Then goes into hydrophonics indoors... and when I read through but didnt take 30 mins it would NOT click as completed.

Then the mock exam - all related questions to the course.
The final exam however was asking questions on topics that were not in the course!!! failed and wanted to re take - £3.99 if you fail the final test - hidden costs. Not great. Will not be doing another course here!

Hello Course Gate I really like you and your team about Education giving to world but please I suggest that if you can give at least after every two or three topics treated then assignments can add up to test our understanding because I saw that topics were plenty with no assignments unless the final topic.

I have purchased some very interesting and informative courses through this company and they offer them at good prices too. Was even gifted a free course recently which I will be looking into tomorrow. Very decent of them. One very happy customer here. Only criticism is that sometimes life gets busy and you only have a certain time frame to complete them. So with 1 or 2 of them I may miss out on the completion unfortunately. But at such reasonable prices I'm not as disappointed as if I were paying top dollar. Thanks course gate, I look forward to my gift.

This was a comprehensive course which I highly recommend. I did it as a refresher course to supplement my graphic design diploma done in 1995. The exam results are known immediately and that's great.

This online course is very detailed, if maybe a bit repetitive but allows you to complete it in your time frame.
The subject matter is informative and relevant.
I would recommend this course.

I would of given the full 5 stars, but I was doing the nurse prescribing course,I left the course for a while due to personal issues, but now I'm not able to finish my course, as it is expired.
I clicked on to renew the course,but it states that you have to pay more ,the full price of the course.
Well if that's the case then, I don't think I will bother doing other courses with yourselves.
Also I don't understand why you have not sent my money back in-which I payed for certificate as it expired.
I have changed my star rating to from 3 to 4,I appreciate the comments from coursegate, thank you for extending the course, I will be able to finish the course now.
Even though I have whinged about myself course, I still do enjoy doing the courses with coursegate.

I signed up for a BSL course and what with moving house lost track of time. When I tried to access the account it said my course had expired. I started an online chat with a young gentleman named Gary and explained my situation, he was most helpful and extended the course in order for me to complete it.
