We were unaware of any enrollment and…

We were unaware of any enrollment and the service agent was awesome in providing a prompt resolution to our dispute of the service. High integrity with issuing a refund and greatly appreciate. I would use their service if needed but I don't have a need currently.

The service can provide you with some good information

The service can provide you with some good information but be careful when selecting a product. Pay close attention to the billing. I did have an issue with billing on the products I chose, however they quickly resolved the issue and provided a refund. I will look to them in the future if I have need of this type of service.

Auto-payment

I didn't like that I didn't know I was being charged $20 on autopay. I guess that mistake is on me. When I reached out to customer service, "Peter" was very helpful, responded very quickly, and was able to close my account and cancel the autopayment.
