Not happy with the site/service overall. I thought I was making a 1 time payment to receive records. It was not explicitly stated I would be charged multiple times a month indefinitely until I cancelled the account. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 because customer service was quick and easy to close the account.

The agent was very good. She didn't waste my time with the irrelevant "niceties", but got down to business and took care of my problem.
On another note, I strongly suggest you find a way OTHER than the last 8 of a credit card number to track a payment down. The first 8 of a credit card are unique to the bank, the last 8 are unique to a person. You are compromising a person's full credit card number by requiring that,if they happen to mention the name of their bank.
