Purchase through cashback website and never receive cashback. Tried to ring cover choice and they just dont care. As long as they've got your money that's all that matters to them!
They were good in advising for the cover taken via them but have not honoured the cashback part of the deal. Not returning call and no response to email. Very poor experience

Fantastic customer service!
The service i received was absolutely brilliant, i felt informed about all of the choices available to me in very clear straightforward explanations. I really felt as if he went out of his way to make sure i had exactly the cover i wanted and for the best price. A young gentleman called Oliver dealt with my life insurance enquiry. He was pleasant, easy to understand and had a great sense of humour.
Within 15 minutes myself and my partner had life insurance in place.
Was a very positive experience.
