Purchase through cashback website and never receive cashback. Tried to ring cover choice and they just dont care. As long as they've got your money that's all that matters to them!
They were good in advising for the cover taken via them but have not honoured the cashback part of the deal. Not returning call and no response to email. Very poor experience

Total professionalism throughout the procedure
The title says it all. All call backs happened - unlike other companies and there was never a feel of it being a pushy sales technique. Every question I had was answered fully to my satisfaction leaving me with no doubt as to who I wanted to organise my policies with. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

Very informed and helpful advisor. I felt that the advice and information given was all correct and well balanced. I was not pressured to follow any particular policies or anything like that, just given full information and advised of the options.
