Tom and the team at Cover Direct were so helpful in getting me and my husband life insurance. It was a complicated process due to some health issues in our history, but Tom and Jen especially worked incredibly hard and persevered with our GP in order to get the medical reports needed and found a provider willing to insure us both. We're so grateful for their perseverance and diligence and really impressed with their professional, concise, and helpful service.

They strike the balance well of keeping you informed without overloading you with information. Their team is friendly yet professional and ultimately helped us achieve a policy we're really happy with.

My marriage came to an end recently and having two children between us, I felt stressed, overwhelmed and really confused about how things like life insurance work.

Liam arranged my cover 4 years ago and has recently overseen my renewal which resulted in a significant smaller monthly cost (which for a diabetic is not easy). He’s one of the good ones and a pleasure to deal with.
