Long wait for phone to be answered
We renewed our travel insurance [ annual , Europe only , couple
Tried to ring as had a few queries , but had to wait for at least 45 minutes for someone to reply .
She was perfectly pleasant , but then said we had to do a medical form as well [ never had to do that before] .
Tried to do it on line , but it was complicated , so I rang the medical company . This time I had to wait at least an hour .
And in spite of only taking a few low dose preventative medication [ me statin , partner hypertensive medication and nasal spray ] we had to pay £150 extra .
I was so fed up with being on the phone for so long that I paid it , but next year I will research other options .
The staff themselves were perfectly pleasant - just wish there were more of them to answer the phone !

The process was so simple and quick compared to other quote I obtained! In addition it was half the price of the other quote! I've been with Covered 2 Go for several years now and just decided to compare with another company for the first time. I quickly went back to Covered 2 Go. I recommend you to everyone I know.
