I bought my policy on Trustpilor
I had an issue which was resolved promptly so changed the score now to avoid impacting badly the overall rating. I've not had a claim yet, so can't comment on anything insurance related.

Very straightforward and staff very helpful. The only criticism is I couldn’t find anywhere to edit an incorrect date of birth so before purchasing I had to message a member of staff who edited the mistake very quickly

Excellent rapid service from enquiries dept.
I got an initial quote and within minutes I was offered a 10% deduction if I used the promotion code. I continued on line and booked and paid for the insurance, entering the code in the appropriate box. The discount was not deducted from the payment. I emailed the enquiries department and within an hour it was sorted and the 10% deduction was on its way back to my bank account. Please ensure that Gracie sees this.

Online submission was easy
Online submission was easy, but read the information carefully. We needed extra health cover which again was easy for our requirements. But be aware, you pay for the health insurance separately, so there were two separate payments to get full travel and health insurance.

Excellent Worldwide cover with medical conditions.
Even easier to get cover than last year.
Renewal was about 8% more than last year and I thought this was acceptable as my wife and I are another year older!
The medical questionnaire was much simpler than last year with Millstream Underwriting. The premium for this was the same as last year funnily enough with no changes to conditions suffered.

Really poor website
Really poor website, confusing completely separate payment for medical conditions before the main policy is purchased, and then phone line not open on weekends to resolve issues with the awful forms.
I’ve ended up with UK rather than Europe coverage because the website forms didn’t work properly.
If it’s this hard to buy from them, imagine how hard it will be when claiming…

To clarify, our system will only provide a quote for the area selected, and we can see that the quotations you obtained were all set to UK cover. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been if the process did not work as expected.
We would also like to explain that during the online quote journey, the website does outline at several stages that medical screening is handled separately and may require a separate payment, which is made directly to Medical Screening at Millstream. We are still in the process of merging this process into one to make the journey smoother for all customers.
We are sorry that you were unable to reach us over the weekend. Our phone lines are currently open Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, but we appreciate that issues do not always arise within those hours and your comments have been noted.
We have received your email in relation to the error and are looking into this accordingly.
