Unable to disable auto renewal so ended…

Unable to disable auto renewal so ended up having policy even though I wasn't sure i was going to renew it this year. There needs to be an option to turn off auto renewal as there is with other providers. So feel railroaded into having the policy

Auto renewal

Wouldn't auto renew our details, said they had a call to give card details.. all ok ,no email to confirm anything as we were told ( today or tomorrow ) nothing received!had to call again today and get confirmation of cover for the breakdown and print out myself.would use again though.
