We stayed in Ukai, an oasis of peace in the forest.

Surrounded by wildlife, bird song, and the whispering wind in the trees, we were able to truly unwind, connect with nature and with each other.

An amazing stay, thank you.

Ive stayed in a lot of amazing places and believe me, you won’t find anything like this anywhere else. As soon as you step inside the cabin you can tell it’s the combined work of a clever interior designer and high quality cabin maker to make a unique experience with no corners cut!

Then we get to the nature aspect, which is the real reason I wanted to stay there. The cabins are within a re wildling project which boast many extraordinary species but it’s the resident deer that really stole my heart.

Absolutely speechless.. what an amazing experience!! Perfect in every way imaginable.. We will definitely be coming back to this little bit of paradise..

My wife and I came to stay at Cove Valley for her birthday, and even the weather couldn’t dampen our stay. The lodge was excellent and every detailed had been thought of. The Cove Valley Team went above and beyond with all our questions and the site. We had a wonderful stay and would definately come again!

Dreamy place that is tranquil and far from the madding crowd. Picturesque walks through unspoilt countryside lead back to the luxury cabin. Every area had been considered for comfort and cosiness. Log burner and hot tub add to the ambience.
What a treat to experience such a cool place. Can’t wait to try the other cabins.

We had most magical stay, the team were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with during the stay making everything even more special. The cabin is gorgeous and the surroundings breathtaking, honestly it was a perfect break away. Will 100% be back and recommending to all my friends!

Chatan is a beautiful cabin in a wonderful setting. Spotlessly clean with all the comforts you need. Loved being in the woods with plenty of bird song and beautiful walks, very magical. One of the best things was being 'out of sight' from the other cabins. A private, quiet, peaceful place. Highly recommend it.

We had a brilliant stay at Cove Valley, the cabins are fantastic, really comfortable, with everything you need and in keeping the wonderful surroundings of the Forest. Plenty of places to explore on foot, we walked up some big hills and the views on top made it worthwhile. Relaxed in the evening, soaking in the hot bath and cooked on the BBQ, before retiring to a peaceful nights sleep in the romantic bedroom. Perfect.

Such a gorgeous escape. A perfectly equipped cabin that is luxurious without taking away from the nature you're surrounded by. And amazing surroundings to explore.

It was a perfect weekend and would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Cove Valley. The grounds are very peaceful, with plenty of space to hike, roam and ramble! We saw loads of birds, including storks; and even met some deer and ponies on our travels.

The cabins are very nicely done, beautifully made and finished, a perfect balance of simplicity and comfort, and even some luxurious touches without breaking the 'wild' feeling of being in nature.

The location is also a great base for some further adventure deeper into Exmoor.

We stayed at Cove Valley un a beautiful cabin for the weekend. It blew us away, and was and had everything we needed. Quiet, gorgeous views, space, home comforts. Will definitely be back!

What a gorgeous and special place! We loved our weekend away in nature. Hopi was an amazing cabin, overlooking the valley. I can imagine how beautiful this cabin is in the summer, as it overlooks the sunset; it would be so amazing with a BBQ and the 9pm sun! The interiors and attention to detail really showed at Cove Valley; everything was done so perfectly. WE hope to be back one day. Thank you!

We stayed in Chatan for a few nights, and it was spectacular - there's nowhere like it. The interiors are incredible, and every detail has been thought of; we wanted to move in. You feel completely immersed in nature and like you're in a whole other world, highly recommend if you need a truly peaceful place to get away from it all.

My husband and I had three totally blissful nights staying in your stunning tree house cabin. Your attention to detail and decorating is incredible and it is extremely comfortable and I would love to come and stay again and I would highly recommend the cabins. Fabulous walks and just being apart of nature and we felt so relaxed being in the middle of nowhere.

A 5 night stay over Christmas, spent in beautiful serenity.

We enjoyed our trail walks, spotting red dear, stags, storks and rabbits.

We experienced both Hopi and Ukai cabins, each have their own unique qualities, individuality and are great places to stay.

Our highlight of the stay was the outside bathtub looking out onto the beautiful surroundings.

Incredible, unique and perfection! The entire grounds of Cove Valley is breathtaking, it’s vast but so well maintained with nature and conservation at the heart of all decisions. Being immersed into the woodland and surrounded by wildlife created a lot of special moments, especially seeing red deer! The interior is so well put together, the finer details haven’t been missed and the cabins are true luxury. We would like to thank Pat, he’s extremely informed of the surroundings and his passion really shined. We would recommended this place to anyone, it’s nothing like anything else you’d find!

Firstly I can not recommend this place highly enough. This place will always have a special place in our hearts as it was where we got engaged! Throughout the whole process, Yolanda was so accommodating with all my request, amazing restaurants, super masseuse and generally very helpful. The quality of the cabin was of a very high standard, furnishing and little touches around and throughout made it the most relaxing and tranquil environment. The scenery is breath taking and we loved exploring through the acres of the land. We can’t wait to come back, recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious staycation. Thanks once again, Alicia & Dom

The perfect cosy cabin retreat! We had a wonderful time here, the cabin is stunning, with close attention paid to the little details. Fully equipped kitchen and rustic charm throughout. The comfiest bed and beautiful views across the woodland. We really couldn't fault it and will be booking again very soon! Thank you Cove Valley Team!

Could not recommend this place more! Beautiful views, very peaceful and secluded but close enough to the local town if you do need anything. The cabin itself is stunning and had everything you could need! Would definitely return
