My experience was flawless. Appointment was easy, the staff was informative and I completed the experience in a short period of time. Bravo!

Everything is great except
For the issue with Medical.

Friendly , easy and may I say fast results . Took the test on Tuesday at 6:45pm and results next day 8:21pm mind you I took the 3-5day results . AWESOME!

The actual experience of getting tested was great but I just received an email saying they don’t have my results, apologized and I have to come back...

They are well-organized, quick, and efficient. The test is super fast and easy. No brain-tickling, invasive swab. The staff is very friendly as well. Results are provided quickly, however they do have options for even faster results.

We were in and out of testing in 5 minutes. The group at the Santa Monica location (behind Bodega) were prepared, profession, and genuinely nice people. Will definitely be coming back the next time we feel we need a test!

I arrived at the site as a walk-in and was able to make an appointment online for about 30 min later (the nurse on-site was on break). Booking the appointment was straightforward and easy to do. All the interactions I had with the staff at the booth and the nurse were very clear and concise. I felt comfortable at the location. It took less than 5 mins and I received my results 2 days later! It was the ideal COVID testing experience.

Website is easy to navigate, the uploading of the insurance card was a little klunky, i tried taking screen shots of my card info on my health care provider app but it wouldn't let me upload.

I had to find my physical card. I would image the info on the app is the same and pertinent.

Apart from that the actual testing experience is quick and easy.

I feel good, After the test everything went ok I just need to make sure I don’t have the virus. Everyone was kind at the clinic and I like that, thank you very much.

I haven’t received my results and there is no contact information. Provided. Emails bounced back. Biggest waste of time.

The process is simple and awesome, that part is 5 stars. The annoying part is I have to put in my insurance info every time I want to get a test; it's just a little time consuming. But otherwise you guys are wonderful.

The easiest signup and test I have taken. Quickest results too! Very happy with this company.
