Was a comfort first situation.

Never received my results by email, phone or text. Paid extra to have them within 36 hours, and at 72+ hours still nothing. Emailed their support team and got no response. Will be initiating a charge back with my credit card issuer — do not trust this company for covid testing.

So fast, organized was truly in and out in five minutes and very clean. I love that the tent and testing was outside

We never received our test results. I had my parents tested when we had a scare. I tried the contact page on the web site but it was only an email that went ignored. Went back to the place in person but they were gone. An empty bunker stood there and the local business said they hadn't been there for days. Not receiving a result at all when the test is very time sensitive is very distressing. Would not recommend.

Making the appointment was painless and getting the test was quick. The staff was friendly.

The most important part is getting my test results. Never got them! So I had to take another test which was quicker at getting my results to me. Maybe you guys should send peoples test results... it would of cost me 2-3 days off work.. oh if I would gotten my test results.... I wouldn’t of not had to scramble to find another testing site.... just saying!

I've never had a bad experience! I'm thankful for all your work, keeping the testing quick & safe.
Before finding this place I would get tested every week waiting up to 1-2 hrs. You've changed the game as now I'm in and out in 10 mins tops.
Ive told family & friends about this testing center and we are all astonished -seems too good to be true!

Great experience! One thing I would love to see is if OSCAR Health can be added to insurances accepted.

One night I received an email that someone in one of my outdoor gym classes had tested positive for Covid and I was able to get an appointment the next morning - before work. It wasn't packed and everyone was friendly. I think I was tested within 5-10 min of my appointment. This kind of stuff makes me extra nervous so I was very appreciative of the gentle attitude of the staff. I was scared to get tested because of how some people talked about their experience, but I was surprised that it wasn't awful. If I feel the need to get tested again, I am definitely using them again.

The women that checked us in were very welcoming. Test was painless. Results arrived in a timely manner. It was also easy and fast to schedule an appointment.

The staff and nurse in Santa Monica are warm, hospitable, effective, and professional. I have tested once a week for the last three weeks. Does not take more than 5 minutes.
