Was intouch with Louis with regard upgrading to the newer model mg hs that was last week I gave him a small deposit while he checked the finance, since then I've not heard from him or anyone from Lancaster mg I've phoned several times and been given excuse after excuse and at one point was told a lie when I was told someone was phoning me straight back which was clearly a lie will never deal with this dealership again. BEWARE.
