I recently purchased a CRV at Honda Kendal and was very happy with the service received from Andras. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the car and made the whole process very simple and straightforward. He kept in touch frequently from the day of purchase until the day of delivery and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were very helpful and no one was at all pushy. I would certainly recommend Honda, Kendal.

We had a great experience with Kendal Honda and in particular with the wonderful Giovanna (Jo) who greeted us warmly and dedicated time, patience and enthusiasm to us and our interest in the HR-V and ZR-V cars. She accompanied us on both test drives, making sure we were comfortable with both cars and how they drove. She couldn't have done more and we thank her for that.

Knowledgeable and helpful sales executives who will go the extra mile to help customers get the right vehicle for their needs, Sam, Russ and Matthew on sales, Helen and Samantha on service all deserve special mention. They all make the acquisition of your vehicle painless and easy.

Elliott was fantastic in helping me to purchase a new car for my wife's 30th. He wasn't pushy, he was really friendly and gave me an honest good deal and got the car ready to an exceptional standard ready for collection. He was more then happy to help and appeared genuinely excited about the surprise for my wife.

I'm not a big fan of the process involved in changing my car for a different one. However, the staff at Kendal Honda made it relatively painless. I dealt largely with Elliott who was friendly and very helpful, with a good knowledge and understanding of the car I was interested in. I would certainly recommend this dealership.
However, just a word of warning: when I removed the protective paper from the floor-well on getting home, I discovered there were no mats in the car. Apparently they are an optional extra, so check whether a car you buy has mats before you drive off!
Cox have offered me a set of mats which is great and shows that they are the high quality company I have always thought them to be.

Agree to buy a car and paid a deposit only to be told four days later that the car had already been sold to someone else. I can’t help but think that the refusal to purchase all the over priced add ons and finance contributed to the decision to sell it to someone else.

We've just bought our third Honda Civic from Cox Motor Group in Kendal. The staff were really efficient and friendly. Our salesman was Elliott who made the whole process so easy. He did all the paperwork for us and contacted Honda to make sure we could get the car we wanted. He kept us up to date with the progress of our order and was such a friendly young man.

Whilst visiting Lancaster Honda to have my wife’s car serviced I saw the new Honda Prelude which had just arrived at the dealership. I really liked the look of the vehicle and decided to make an enquiry. I spoke to Mat from the Sales Team and he was very helpful and friendly, I was shown the vehicle and a test drive was arranged and given. I decided I wanted to proceed and and after discussions a deal was agreed with a fair trade in value for my current car. Looking forward to taking delivery of the Prelude in a couple of weeks.

Customer service was great, I felt they went above and beyond to get the car to us asap as we were without a car having already sold ours. I didn’t feel any pressure, I asked if we could purchase the one we test drove so that we didn’t have to wait , they agreed straight away with a very fair price. We love the car and I feel confident that if we did have any issues, they would sort it for us. I would, and already have, recommended this garage.

Kendal Automart had the car I'd been looking for. But I was away on my holidays for nearly a month. Andras Moricz was my 1st contact, he handled all my numerous questions and requests promptly and accurately (first car and zero knowledge about the purchasing process itself) and even sent me a quite introductory video of himself and the car, even though it was raining and freezing outside! On my return, at the first opportunity, I went to Kendal. Unfortunately Andras had a day off, but I was in caring hands of Csilla Ilyes.Great Experience! Csilla was incredibly friendly, helpful and made the process of shopping for a new car comfortable and stress-free.

Elliot Cook was our salesman. He is a delightful, customer friendly asset to your sales staff.
Nothing was too much.
We forgot our driving licences, so with the agreement of his equally professional and friendly, Elliot drove us 6 miles to our home. While driving he explained all about the car and demonstrated how everything worked. I was then given the opportunity to drive it back which was a much better test drive than up the road and back.
He was incredibly patient.
Mike sold us my previous Jazz in 2015 but he remembered us as did Elliot when 2 years ago we were considering an HRV.
Feels like family when we go.

Charlie was super helpful and really thorough when finding out exactly what I wanted my new car to be, including millage, age and colour. He took his time to find me the perfect car and I have never I’ve been looked after so well by a sales assistant. Also had a bit of a laugh which isn’t as common these days so was super refreshing! Charlie is a credit to the Seat Blackpool team! 10/10
