Excellent service from beginning to end

Good collection service at airport ,had to use emergency number very good service here sorted problem

Simple, straightforward carhire with no problems. Happy to recommend. Be aware that fuel is like for like so ensure you return the vehicle with at least the same amount of fuel in the tank

Service and pick up good but still have old problem order a certain model actually a cheaper model clio and I always seem to get corsa off which the 3 cylinder version which so underpowered but few times had better version think if possible need to get vehicle you ordered otherwise there service is impeccable

Top-notch experience! This is easily one of the best car rentals I have ever used. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The airport pick-up was extremely fast and hassle-free, and the same goes for the final drop-off and transfer back to the terminal.

The car was brand new, clean, and perfectly prepared. I especially appreciated the clear explanation of the rental terms and the flexibility—we were able to extend our rental by an extra day right when picking up the car. Returning the car with the same fuel level was straightforward and quick. Highly recommended for a stress-free trip!

Have just rented a car from Coys for the 3rd time in just over a year, and I have to say that the whole experience of hiring from them is OUTSTANDING.

NO hidden extras, NO secret fuel charges (match the level of tank upon return to that when you collected), NO excesses or insurance clauses (save for key loss, which is not covered), and COMPETITITVE hire rates.

Couple all of that with clean, tidy and smart cars, plus a pickup and return service by minibus to and from Alicante airport, and Coys delivered yet another utterly stress-free car hire experience.

Any queries or issues are dealt with very promptly, either by phone or email - the team bend over backwards to assist and support your transaction from start to finish.

Long may this thusfar consistent and exemplary level of service continue - I, for one, sahll not be hiring from anyone else when I visit Alicante.

The booking process is very simple. The car we hired was excellent. The transfers to and from the airport were very prompt.

On arrival at the depot after a very swft transfer I was rented a brand new C3 suv style car very impressive.
Also on the return of the I left a bag in the car with our uk house keys in. Didnt discover this until we had gone through security. They rang me and got it back to me promptly cant thank them enough.

Ideal for late night car rental. Excellent cars and great value for money.

We arrived in Alicante in the evening, called after baggage, the man that we dealt with was British, which really put our mind at ease, already embarking in a new country with language barrier was a worry for us.

He picked us up with clear instructions, was lovely and friendly, quick and easy process, the car was also lovely! We r had a Kia xceed, did not want to return it! Enough petrol to get us an hour away from Alicante, so that was a stress off our mind too.

Then coming back was straight forward to, no hidden insurances or deposits, absolutely would 100% recommend coys!

Again coys give 5 star service. From pick up to drop off.Have been using coys for a good few years and never had a problem with there service. All cars are modern and low mileage..Could not fault anything about this company.
