I've been researching the different…

I've been researching the different CPAP cleaners available.
It seems that most products require a couple of different steps to accomplish the cleaning cycle. Disassembling the mask, a separate process for cleaning the hose, etc.
I find the SoClean 2 very simple to use. JUst put the face and head gear into the chamber and you're done. Automatically starts cleaning at a
pre-set time.

Needing parts

I just upgraded our equipment and already had soclean machines. I purchased adapters to use with them. Web site is fast and easy to use, and shipping was FAST ! Thank you...

Have failed to send needed adapter to…

Have failed to send needed adapter to even use the cleaner. Been over 2 weeks since requested the needed adapter.

Hi Marvin - I just took a look at your order notes. It would seem you ordrred the incorrect Adapter, called in to let us know you were going to send that part back for an exchange. Notes indicate we are to send out the correct Adapter once the other part was received. We have yet to receive that other part. Regardless, I'm going to go ahead and send you what you need.

Getting a new machine was easy

The process of getting my wife a new machine was quick and simple. In anticipation of the needed paperwork I had gotten a copy of my wife's DME order ahead of 5ime, which made the process that much easier. Thanks a lot.

Great service

Great service! The only problem I had was when I ordered an extra water chamber, I thought I was getting the one with the adaptor for the SoClean since that was what I had just ordered.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I was sent a unit that my husband ordered for me as a Christmas gift I guess. I already had one. If the the company would have emailed it called I could have told them I didn’t need one.
So NOW I a have to pay to ship it back.
I don’t really think I should have to pay to return something they randomly shipped to me. Concerned with the bottom line and not their customers

Hello Nancy - I took a look at your order and you are correct, it would seem your husband did order it for you as his email address seems to be on the order (it was not randomly shipped to you). Upon receiving the order, I see that we did call you twice (12/16 and 12/17) but had to leave a message both times(never getting a call back). Thinking this might be a holiday gift, we decided to go ahead and ship the order. Obviously, there is no way for us to know that you already had this product. The good thing - you can return it for a full refund.

Website said there was a discount but…

Website said there was a discount but it was so small it could hardly be called a discount! Only $10 for such an expensive item! Also couldn't find any coupon codes. Other than discount being so vague, decent experience ordering from them.

Said it would arrive in 2 days

Said it would arrive in 2 days. This took much longer than expected. What would happen if someone needed a face mask that would become a real big promise if you said and guarantee that it would be here in 2 days this that will a create problems for families and neighbors can hear you snore.This people like you we depend on. This disorder does break a few families Thank you for, your concern!!!!

Your return policy stinks

Your return policy stinks! Shouldn't have to pay for return shipping or restocking fee. Will not purchase from again.
