Actual store great and I’m very happy…
Actual store great and I’m very happy with my micro cpap. However the customer support chat was not good. Very rude Sam who clearly didn’t know the products and when I asked for a bit more depth said he would report me to his supervisor. All sorted with a direct call to the store. Honest, knowledgeable and I will go back.

I purchased expensive medical equipment which
broke down within 6 months. When I tried to have it replaced/refunded under the warranty, they emailed me an address in the US. No advice, no suggestions, just a useless email. When I told them that Sale of Goods Law required them to deal with it, the reply was "we don't tolerate threats!" Now they just ignore all mails and messages. I wonder if the authorities need to look deeper into this company. Happily I'm in a position to encourage them and will be doing so in the next 48 hours!

Outrageous pricinng
Quick processing and delivery but extremely costly. They charge a very high postage and packaging cost and price for the parts I ordered were outrageous. I paid 10 x the price for the parts that I subsequently found available directly from the manufacturer and postage was 10 x the price of royal mail for the same package and mine was sent via hermes probably the worst delivery service
