They say I ordered something but I have never received what I ordered, I truely can't remember if I did, I believe if I did I would have received it by now

Unacceptable hold and wait times

Upon receiving this request for reorder, and rating, I called and found my account is on hold. It took several phone calls to actually talk to a representative. The hold time was much too long.

I was then referred back to the Catskill, NY office of LinCare, the agency that supplied my CPAP machine. They're contacting my doctor and endeavering to release the "hold" on my account.

I feel, either I or my doctor should have notified of a "hold" on my account, thus avoiding this flurry of calls. The wait and hold times were unacceptable

Purchases are always quick, easy and just as advertised not to mention the fast delivery. CPAP Supply USA is definitely a great company to buy supplies and equipment from.

Hello, in researching your claim there is no order for a machine from CPAP Supply USA. You have placed 2 orders with us but both were for supplies. Perhaps you have confused us with another company. Also, we are a cash and carry online business only. We don't have representatives coming to homes to set up machines. All of our orders are shipped. Sorry for all the troubles you have had with your unit but we aren't the providers. Thanks
