Headstrap

I have been trying to get my head strap replaced when delivered to a large versus a standard. I have been trying this for over a year and have talked to three different telephone operators and I've also talk to Lincare directly and I have had no satisfaction to date and it's been three months now since I was told they would send me a large head strap and paperwork to send back the other one. Very unresponsive.

In your response to me I believe you are referring to the order I placed directly and paid for out of my own pocket for two large head straps. That service was excellent. The issue I am having, and you may not be the right person and I apologize for that, is that I have been trying to get my normal order for Cpap supplies to include a large head strap win authorized.

This order was placed on December 14, 2016, shipped on December 15, 2016 and delivered per tracking. I don't see any notes and record of calls from you regarding the shipment being incorrect. Thanks

I discovered CPAP Supply early in my sleep apnea treatment. I have regularly ordered their supplies and upgraded equipment. The wide range of options and the relative independence to try better things is my main reason for sticking with them for 10 years or so.

Saved ! My cpap died .

My cpap died and I was about to be without one on a weekend . A friend found Cpapusa on the internet for me and was able to rent one that was shipped over night . The machine was far better than the one I had and Was used for a month . I wish I could have kept it but Medicare wouldn't cover it .

I like and use your service all the …

I like and use your service all the time. I have a suggestion for you on behalf of your customers in Alaska and Hawaii. Don't send us emails telling us we get free shipping and then say Sorry, you live in Alaska or Hawaii, so we'll charge you the regular shipping to Key West plus another $3.99 or so for the trouble of shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. You could at least credit us with the regular shipping charge that the folks in Kentucky pay. Have a nice night. Thanks
