Excellent course. Even purchased it for many friends!
This company is the first that comes up and claims it’s CPR is accepted everywhere be careful because that’s NOT true it is a waste of $61 because it was rejected by my governing body as even though it doesn’t say online it is known as that and they won’t refund at all!!!!

As a self employed pet sitter, this is ideal for me to get some pet first aid training.
Quick and easy to print.
Just to wait for my certificate and the quick guide to come through.
I was looking for a quick and practical way to obtain a CPR certificate, as working in the disability sector makes it difficult to attend in-person training. After struggling to find a suitable face-to-face course, I came across MyCPR NOW, which was advertised as fully accredited and legitimate.
Unfortunately, my employer would not accept the certificate, as it did not meet their requirements. When I contacted MyCPR NOW to request a refund, this was refused.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone needing CPR certification for employment purposes confirm acceptance with their workplace before enrolling, as the course may not meet required standards despite how it is advertised.

You can just print off a certificate from CANVA and get the same certification that you can from this company. They are not transparent that they are not a valid certified company so don't waste your money. They say that it is very clear on the website which it is not. In reality they should not even be offering the service for $39 as it is not accepted in any work space. It's a very expensive downloadable piece of paper!!

I thought it’s recognised in Australia but it’s all a scam.Never trust this CPR certificate
Refund is unsuccessful even though I won’t be using the certificate here..

This is not valid in Canada, I've seen too many people give this as first aid certification and I have to keep rejecting these tickets. Disappointing that they are not more clear with where this would be accepted.
I can guarantee this is not a competitor, I’m a safety professional who has to turn workers away with this training as it is not valid in Canada. I’d honestly be surprised if it was accepted even on the states. You are dealing with peoples lives potentially so without hands on training and practicable demonstration you don’t know what the person has retained.
Good luck to the people who use this, I hope you never have to save me or anyone I care about.

Thank you. Informative and easy to follow 1st Aid Course. Recommend by my clinical employer. Valid in Australia.
Should be free a course as is a critical life death situation
Great range of certifications that could potentially be live-saving one day!
I had a great experience with MyCPR! The Pet CPR + First Aid course was super clear, easy to follow, and actually kept my attention—which says a lot. I really appreciated how it focused on real-life situations without feeling overwhelming. As someone who travels full-time with my dog, I feel way more confident knowing I’d be able to help him if something ever happened. The company seems to really care about making safety education accessible, and I think they’re doing a great job. Definitely recommend!
Scam. I bought a BLS module. The email no preview. I emailed them twice and no reply!

MyCPR Now is a great option for CPR certification. The courses are straightforward and easy to follow, making it simple to learn. The whole process is quick and convenient, which is perfect if you’re short on time. I definitely recommend checking them out!
100% INVALID in Australia, so please don't waste your money on MyCPR Now certificates.
Their certificates just show titles like CPR/AED + First Aid Certification but they cannot provide course numbers like HLTAID009, or HLTAID012. Without these numbers, any First Aid or CPR is invalid in Australia. When I contacted them to provide the number on the course certificate they said they can't do that, so on what basis they are conducting courses in Australia?? this is ridiculous. I wasted $77 on CPR/AED + FIRST AID.

I only did the first aid course now November and I get a certificate dated from 11.03.24 - 11.03.25. I was also annoyed that I didn't get the test page back so I could find out what questions I answered incorrectly. If possible, would like a certificate dated from November not March.

Will receive an unusable certificate and not get a refund due to them sending you a downloadable certificate.

I recently completed the CPR and First Aid certification through MyCPR NOW and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the course material and exams. The course content was comprehensive and up-to-date, ensuring I gained valuable knowledge that could truly make a difference in an emergency situation. I highly recommend MyCPR NOW to anyone looking to gain essential life-saving skills efficiently and effectively.

Do not waste your money. You will not be certified. When you are wanting an accredited certificate look elsewhere. I wasted $49 and are waiting on response for a refund.

My employer recommended this course, he did it himself. I took one look at it and my first impression was people's lives depend on me. Not a chance. This is for people looking for shortcuts. If you get questions wrong you simply redo them until you get them right. There are no redos in a real life situation.
