This is a scam

This is a scam! I was searching for Red Cross First Aid Training and got redirected to this website thinking it was Red Cross. Immediately asked for refund after realizing my mistake. They will not answer the phone, answer texts or return an email.
They are NOT Red Cross certified and they will not return any communication. I have tried reaching them by phone, text and email 2-3 times a day for 3 days and no response. I have already contacted my credit card issuer to dispute this charge and report as a scam.
AVOID doing business with this company!

Can’t contact them

I have used this organization twice without problems but the last time, I did not receive my receipt and I need that for reimbursement for my job. I have repeatedly sent them a message because you cannot call them or email them and I have heard nothing. It’s like I am a being ignored. That reason alone gives me pause and I will not be using them again.

I would not recommend this website to anyone, no phone number is provided only email and no one responds back. Is this a scam site?

Don’t buy this course through Groupon huge hassle

The course was fine but I bought it through Groupon that it said my Groupon was redeemed and I still have to pay full price for the course so I pretty much paid an extra $15 -really disappointing not worth it and wishing I would’ve gone with another company now I’m going to have to spend a lot of time and energy trying to figure out how to get my money back from Groupon

Never too experienced to improve

I've been a caregiver since 1994 and have come to realize no matter how long you've been at your job, there is always more to learn. And better ways to do things as a care provider, on any level, are a constant focus in current and future health care.

National CPR was using to use

National CPR was using to use, informative and I received my certificate right away. It's a legit site and I recommend them. Especially if you're doing a re-certification of your BLS.
