Unfortunately dpd let them down and…

Unfortunately dpd let them down and misdelivered my parcel, it's been 4 days since I confirmed I hadn't located my item that was delivered to an anonymous recycling box and as our collection was Tuesday it's probably been taken with the recycling. No sign on any compensation or replacement so I brought more oils elsewhere.

I love my recent delivery

I love my recent delivery. I have paid slightly more for the products but well worth how much stronger they are! Had an issue which was resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend

No answer

I was buying from this shop a lot of times, but this time I had a very bad experience. I can't get an invoice and other documentation for my order. No answers to my emails. Phone no answering.

Avoid

Avoid! They took my money and sent me nothing. They do not answer ANY of their contact options on ANY of their platforms and so I am left out of pocket- Companies House says they’re still trading but ….
