Lovely day! the studio is in a gorgeous area so the drive was very enjoyable. April is a great tutor - clear instructions, very inspiring samples of what can be done, and ample space for your own imagination and creativity to be incorporated. I came home with a whale-tail suncatcher and will certainly book again. F.

The silver clay workshop with Claudia was an absolute delight, we were given a wide choice of things to make and all the equipment necessary. Claudia went through various methods we could use to make our peices, and all to soon the class was over and we went home clutching our artwork with pride. A great time was had and I would go back at a latter date to make some more items.

A fantastic afternoon making chocolate. Ladies very friendly, knowledgeable, clear explanations given and a fun afternoon.

I had a really fun day. Robert was very friendly and helpful. I learned a lot and came home with a lovely spoon.

Impressed how we were guided from the start on how to heat, hold and forge the steel bars to achieve what we were aiming to make. Allowance was made for novice participants like me and support on how to correct any errors made. Safety was important to Sam and the other tutor working with such high temperatures, but we were encouraged to be confident in our ability which showed in the final result. A highly rewarding day which went far too quickly.

Fantastic glass fusion course. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, with exceptional artistic flair.

A great day of hands on welding your own set to use no waiting around for one to be free , the info gained is huge just hope I remember it !

​Five stars! Booked this as a treat for me and my mum and we loved every second. It’s a wonderful mix of fun, "fancy" tie-dye, and relaxed stitching. The environment is so welcoming that you’re guaranteed to make something you'll be proud of. Such a fabulous day!

Three of us enjoyed a very relaxing and inspired afternoon at Dawns workshop. We were spoilt for choice on things to make and sizes, shapes and textures to make with.
I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone wanting to do something a bit different.
Dawn is a fountain of knowledge and made the session great fun and very informative.

Great for letting me advertise my pottery lessons, and really reasonable rates.

Can't believe i made a knife from a stock bar of steel. Superb day and Alex the teacher was a top bloke always there for advice and more than happy with sharing his knowledge. Great day well worth the money 💰 🤑

I have had an amazing weekend ! I’ve gone home with a shave horse I made with Andy Morton. The group was great, the setting out of this world , the teaching pitched at just the level for us all . I will be back !!

Completed a lovely morning making beads with Jane in Little Bourton. Brilliant tutor, explained everything so simple and very patient. Helped me with deciding which colours went with each other. Thoroughly enjoyed my morning and made so many beads. Highly recommend and so very addictive too, great value for money

What an absolute joy it was to participate in this course. Prue is so knowledgeable and approachable. Always ready to help. Hugh, her husband, was a great host keeping us fed and watered. I am so pleased I signed up for her course.

We did a stained glass workshop with Keith in Coltishall. It couldn't have been any better.
Keith was an excellent teacher and enabled us to make things that we are really happy with, even as complete beginners. He was a very kind and patient teacher.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent venue (Zantium studios in Derbyshire) and excellent tutor (Anthony Hammond). Spent the day bending wood and could not be happier :-)

What a fabulous day! Nicki and Brian are so welcoming and knowledgeable, it was a joy to learn willow weaving and so therapeutic! And to top it all we came away with a beautiful zarzo basket! My wife and I had a great first glass blowing experience with Rik. A really nice guy with terrific experience and patience; everything was explained clearly and we had a great morning creating 4 glass pieces each in the session. I would certainly recommend both Rik and this experience.

Very enjoyable afternoon making my 3D wooden cottage picture. Haven’t done anything like this before. Louise provided clear instructions and gave you confidence to do everything.
So pleased with the end result.

A great taster course. Yoka explains every clearly and we actually achieved making not one but 4 bowls. Beautiful location. Small groups so you feel you get her full attention.
