Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. Great experience overall. I received the goods in Belgium within 5 days in good quality. I had bought a few units and had no issues with the puzzles.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. These puzzles are in plastic containers. Several of the containers arrived smashed. Wish I could add photos! I bought 5 puzzles, and they were delivered in a bag, not in a cardboard box as they should have been. No due care in how they arrive to you. These puzzles were for gifts, but several of them are broken. I reached out several times, asking if they could please send me some new plastic containers but they declined. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Ordering takes months and if any shipping issues occur they expect you to pay them more for another round of shipping. On top of that if you want a refund instead of paying a second time for shipping they will not refund you or give you another chance to pay for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM CRAFT HUB! Terrible experience. They haven't delivered my order after two months. I emailed to ask where it is and they've said that it was delivered but no one was home so returned. I received no tracking info, no notification of the order at all.
To redeliver they want me to pay £9! I asked for a refund and they said only 60% refund is possible. I have now exchanged about 12 emails with them and no resolution...

Really disappointed - bought a handful of these as family/kids Christmas presents and not only are the small A5 puzzles almost impossible looking with such tiny pieces you can hardly pick them up, they are certainly not suitable for kids age 7+!
The colour and quality of the puzzles are also very poor, very dull colours and fuzzy/poor quality printing, nothing like the website. I doubt I’d get a refund as it says online that refunds are only for faulty items!

We loved this puzzle
We loved this puzzle. The entire family was entertained for hours. It is the most difficult one we have ever done and keeps you engaged all the time. It’s very beautiful and well made.

The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful! I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past.
New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change.
The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing. If you haven't tried wooden puzzles do so! You will not find any other sellers with puzzles, prices and service to top Craft Hub's.
