Great puzzles. Perfect delivery. I will order again

I ordered 4 puzzles and received them in a timely manner. They were very nice and beautiful colors. I was skeptical about ordering but I was totally impressed except maybe for the size of the puzzles. I thought they would bigger. But satisfied for the price.

One star just because I received the 2 puzzles I ordered. However the order was for A2 size and my completed puzzle was well short of an A2 size. Very disappointed. This company is practising false advertising and should be avoided at all costs. Despite emails to the customer service rep, there has been no satisfactory explanation. Just excuses and lies!

Bought puzzle because my granddaughter (age 7) loves them. There was a delivery issue, totally my fault as the address was incomplete. So My order was returned.
I contacted the company and long story short, the were extremely sympathetic and helpful in resending my order with the correct address.
They also covered the shipping because I messed up in sending the funds for shipping.
Anna, the customer service agent was wonderful.
The puzzles are well made and beautifully painted.

The puzzle arrived but it is misprinted, it part of the puzzle is cut off.
Utterly worthless customer service, telling me there is nothing wrong with the puzzle and they can't refund me and I can't return the puzzle.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!! No wonder they went bust.

The puzzle was a gift. It had missing puzzle pieces and I contacted the support it's been 4 months and they are still telling me that they will get back to me but never have. They lie and say they are sending a new one but they never do. Customer service is a joke. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM AS THEY ARE RIP OFFS

Completely incompetent and insincere seller. I have ordered some items on January 1st. Still no sign of them. Have opened a paypal dispute and now have to wait until Feb 9 for a refund under the buyer protection. Meanwhile the company refuses to issue a refund claiming the item has been sent. They provided a tracking number that doesn't exist. Do not order from this company. They are scam

Got one of these beautiful pieces for my birthday. The colors are very nice. I spent a good time with the puzzle and my family. 100% recommendation!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They say they're Canadian, but it's actually a Chinese company. They use deceptive advertising, the puzzles come in cheap containers, half the puzzle pieces arrive messed up, the print on the puzzles are blurry and ugly and nothing like how they're pictured. Their customer service is some of the worst I've ever seen. Save your money and go to literally any other company, at least then you have a chance of getting something half decent.

They look really nice, but the Package delivery is very bad and confusing. After a month I have still not received and filed a complaint.
Also they sent an annoying amount of marketing e-mails.

As soon as I receive the puzzles I'would be able to complete my review on Crafthub.

Easy to order, read the comments from many on Facebook - took some with grain of sand, watched what I was doing based on others - A3 is the largest size and for most people would be the best! Took a while to get the puzzle, but now thinking about it 14 days - not bad. The tracking site and number was NOT easy to follow and gave a few erroneous responses. The Puzzle is beautiful and the box (if you chose that) is Saturday and a nice gift touch. Postage is a little much - But as a gift, I was OK with that. If for self, no box. AND Great Great Customer support - email responses within 2-4 hours and even minutes.

I ordered 15 puzzles for Christmas gifts. It took a long time to get them but II did get them. They are beautiful but the two owl puzzles are missing pieces. I have sent two e mails detailing my problem but have not received any replies. Please let me know if you can replace the missing pieces or replace the puzzles. I'm waiting yo see how good customer service really is. I will write another review and let you know.

I ordered 6 they only took 3 weeks that's because of the Christmas and New year holiday.done 2 excellent although very tiny bits need to see some frames.

Good customer service. Accurate email, tracking and follow through. Puzzles arrived within expected time and in perfect condition. Are very pretty!

Have not yet put the puzzles together - so will update if not as expected. For now, very happy with order and service.

I buy from adverts to check validity of company.
Same experience as every other chinese company ive bought from on facebook .
Cheap nasty rip offs and this company no exception
Took the money, took forever to arrive, poor quality, poor boxing, i had to return for refund and pay costs whi h they know you wont do as it costs more than the item.
Save your money and buy local as it will save you whatever money you pay out

I ordered a jigsaw. It arrived after 3 weeks. The plastic box containing the puzzle was broken. With one flimsy layer of bubble wrap inside the packet that is hardly surprising. I emailed explaining it was a gift which I could no longer give. Emails are answered in 24 hours !!! No way...I'm still waiting a week later.

I am so happy with my order it was very well packed, it was delivered ahead of time, all three of my puzzles look really strong they all came in plastic containers which are lockable and reusable, I will be telling my friends who like me enjoy doing these Puzzles, I'm sure they will be placing orders.

Bought a several puzzles, came in time with great quality. I'm satisfied and would definitely order again.

The puzzles came two weeks late and when inspected they were of very poor quality. The overall image appears to be enlarged/resized from a smaller picture so the quality of the image is poor. Next, the actual ink looks like someone colored on the wood with Crayola markers (not vibrant colors like the product pictures suggest).

After receiving the products and seeing the quality, it was clear to us this was a scam. Crafthub is selling low quality puzzles to people by claiming that a $40-$80 dollar puzzle is 80% off on sale. They lead you to believe you're getting a puzzle of $80 quality for only $20 (what a deal!), but really your paying $20 for a puzzle you'd expect to find at the dollar store that comes complete in a cheap plastic box akin to the kind children store crayons or pencils in.

Also the site says "100% satisfaction guarantee" but when you look at the return policy they make you jump through a number of hoops including sending them a picture of what's wrong with your product and then if they deem your grievance worthy of a refund, you get a "partial refund or store credit." I tried to leave a review on their site, but of course they only post the 5 star reviews. Also, just for fun read the about us section on their website. Total Scam!

Summary: Save your money and buy a better quality product from a company you trust. We emailed their customer support to request a refund and have not heard back.

hiya I found the pieces too small as I have arthritis in my hands and should have had a bigger one , can I return this one and get a bigger one please
