Went extra mile in customer service, good prices

Good stock - stuff others didn't have. competitive price. Best was the service - orred online, they rang to say they only had one of a discontinued line, was that ok? Good customer management ..then rang again to say they'd searched the stockroom and found one more did i want it? (Yes!). Went extra mile. V. happy.

I purchased some craft beer and whisky from Craft and Berry as a gift. It was an easy process and I was delighted when they unexpectedly delivered on the same day. Excellent service and I am very grateful

Delivery was prompt and very well packaged. I had ordered another product which was subsequently unavailable but I was informed on Sunday afternoon and an alternative offered. (more expensive!)
